I had my 15 here and I had a great time but one of the things that made me decide in choosing this reception hall was the service and the way the owner allowed me to take and make my own decisions for me to have my 15 how I dreamed

This Venue is under new management and it shows. The new event coordinator will go above and beyond to make your event memorable. The Venue is clean, spacious and beautiful. It is large enough to host an event of 600 people with no problem. The parking is private, safe and you will not have any issues with leaving your vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. We decided to go with this hall because of the size and capacity. It wasn’t even 9 PM when they stopped letting our guests come in. It was completely embarrassing and unacceptable to have guests from out of town sent back. They claimed they had a capacity of 850 guests. That is a complete lie! The hall was not full at all and we had some empty tables. If someon stepped out for whatever reason, they were not allowed reentry. The security and other employees were plain rude. Horrible experience!!! Parking is a joke as well! I don’t usually write reviews but

My daughter is a dialysis patient and a kidney transplant recipient. Her 15 was her make a wish request. Royal Solaris was amazing. They worked with us from beginning to end to give my daughter her dream 15 and more. Made sure her every request was filled and even signed best wishes in her book to make it that much more personal. Thank you for making a memorable night for my daughter!!
