Been waiting for our deposit they promised us back for over a month I have called several times they said they would because it wasn't our fault it was theirs because they put someone on our lot that wasn't able to move...my husband has a job.. so we needed to be there on the date we had paid deposit on. Still haven't gotten it.......people should honor their word

The entrance is nice. Very Country feel to it. The office lady was delightful to talk to and lot priced is good. Sadly very trashy. Grounds not maintained. Sites are not full concrete or grass. Broken concrete and gravel. Disappointed too because I think it has a lot of great features/potential and my family would have liked it there.

We lived here for almost a year. Linda is the best. She is very watchful and handles the park and its residents with great care. The wifi is great, and the pool is a real treat. Our immediate neighbors were quiet and friendly and the whole place is quiet for the most part. We liked that this isn't just a parking lot that was turned into an RV park. The trees are wonderful. And our spot was usually kept pretty cool by the trees around us. Recommended.

My husband and I have traveled for years for his job, have stayed in many many RV parks with problems in each and everyone, unfortunately it happens. We have lived here for a year now and despite some issues, we love it! The site manager is very sweet lady and will do whatever is in her power to make it comfortable for all. She runs herself ragged every day to get things done to the best of her ability and for anyone that wants to blame her for certain issues, well maybe they need to go look in the mirror. She treats everyone with respect no matter what. So yes I'm proud to say I would recommend

This is a great park. Have been here for about 2 1/2 months. The most important things to me when looking for a park are (in no order) 1) cleanliness of facilities--laundry room and pool 2) upkeep of the grounds, 3) the management 4) WIFI! 5) location! 6) price 7) free mail delivery. Little Thicket definitely reminds me of driving thru the "Big Thicket" lol. lots of trees, which we like, it gives a nice atmosphere. The park is kept up extremely well-grass is always cut, leaves are blown and the trees are taken care of by Josh-hard working guy. His dad also helps out. Everyone in the office has

My husband and I have been here since 10/29/17. From the minute we met the manager, Tom, and his son Josh, we knew this is where we wanted to stay! They are very friendly and personable! They did inherit some “fixer upper” problems when they took over managing this park but they are working on those daily. LT RV Park is quaint and quiet. It has a small pool, playground, laundry room, showers/bathrooms, free wifi, free cable tv and will soon have a community room. Hubby and I definitely recommend Little Thicket RV Park!!
