All the owner cares about is the money! So any spot they can put a RV they do. Like sardines in here. This isn't a RV Resort at all, It's trailer trash. The so called office manager has never been a manager before, no professionalism. The property is never cleaned. The dumpster is always over filled and stinks horribly bad. I'm so glad we are moving out of this trashy place.

Worse place I ever stayed at! It's a dump! Most people there...live there! And junk everywhere! There's people that had things stolen! One guys whole camper was stolen!!! Yes the whole thing!!! Never again!

Excellent stay with beautiful views in the back of the park. Mr Dale was super friendly and welcoming and we made several friends while we stayed here. If we are ever in the area we will definitely be back!

The owner was very rude to me when he assumed i was washing my vehicle and told me to not wash my car here its not allowed ! So thats not cool at all . i like to wash my car once a week at my house . guess i cant do that now . not here at least !

The location is great! Me and my family enjoyed the amenities and the park owner is friendly and reasonable. The maintenance is really good and I definitely recommend this park in the Hitchcock area.

Worked at Ineos and stayed here. Very good location. I would recommend this park. Very quiet place. Management is very helpful.

Close to Texas City and nice laundry room. Restrooms and showers were neat and clean also. Wifi worked great. If you are working in the area, I highly recommend it.

Spent the last couple of months at Lazy Days RV. It was a nice quiet place, no body bothered you and the manager goes out of his way to help you. Dale was great. Times when I couldn't get there before the office closed, if it wasn't too late he would come open the office. You're bills are included in the rent which is very reasonable and it includes cable and Since I was working 7 days Dale was nice enough to be there and open my trailer while the cable man figured out what was wrong with my set-up. Just a lot of good things to say about my stay and I would definitely stay again

This use to be a nice park now it's filthy. I pulled in after giving a deposit on March 5th 2021 inside the office was full of trash the rv park was full of trash and looked people and the manager just didn't care about it. I would never stay again. they didn't even give back my deposits

The people who live in the Lazy Days Rv Park are very nice and sociable. This is a community where everyone looks out for each other. The grounds are kept up nicely and all of the Bill's are paid in the monthly Rv space rent. There is a water way running through the park where the residents can go boating and fishing. I love it here.

I do not recommend coming here. We called to see if they had monthly openings for sites to fit are campers and they told us they did so we went to there office parked 2 trucks with campers in front of there office and went in and checked in. When we finished she told us to walk around and pick the 2 sites we wanted.they had 3 small sites that was not suitable for our campers. They was to short so we walked back to the office and explains it to the manager and asked for a refund and they refused to give us are money back. We lost $1100.00 dollars then pay for another month at another camp ground

DO NOT STAY HERE a week and a half ago I called here and told them I had a 42 foot camper and they said we have room for it so I Drove 8 hours I pulled in the parking lot and I paid and walked out to find my spot.My camper would not fit in the spot that they had left so I went back inside to talk with the lady that is running the place and she said that she could not Give refund so they scammed me for $550 and Done my working partner the same way
