The Law Office of Marco A. Torres was originally formed in 2003 to represent mezzanine construction lenders throughout the Northern California region. In 2008 after the collapse of the real estate market the office shifted its practice significantly to meet our client's bankruptcy/insolvency needs, family law and real estate matters.
Marco has represented clients throughout the state of California for since 2001. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and is a veteran of the United States Army, Reserves and the California Army National Guard. Marco graduated from the University of California with a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy, and a juris doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of Law.
