I have been living here only 5 days, but I have to say the process of renting and moving in has been very smooth, thanks to Shirlene and the rest of the staff at The Tennyson. They have gone above and beyond to make the experience positive, and I always feel my questions are answered and I feel they care. The staff is so friendly and professional. I submitted a minor service request (lint trap in dryer was gone) and it was handled quickly with professionalism. The apartment itself is very nice, and I have enjoyed living here so far. I'm looking forward to starting my new job and coming home here

They call me up saying the unit I want is available so I immediately fill out the app keep in mind when i began it said the apartment was available by the time i clicked pay it told me it was no longer available. What a waste of time .You would think they would at least let us complete and enter because what if the first guy don't qualify..I have to hope I hear the phone ring even after being fifth in line. I dont know I am just disappointed.

Over all I enjoy it here. I do not enjoy that the fire alarms are extremely sensitive and go off constantly all over the place so at any given time if your outside your going to listen to them blaring. If your inside and cook they will scream throughout your entire apartment even if there isn’t any visible smoke. Additionally, whoever decided matte grey was a good color to paint every wall did not consider young children. If you, your dogs, your children even consider brushing against any of the walls it will leave a stain. I feel like I spend half my life wiping marks off of the walls it’s

Have lived here almost a year, it has been a huge disappointment, and feel is not accurately represented. If don't want to read whole review *main takeaway* is that I would not recommend moving into this complex even to a person I disliked.
Signed lease for locksley floor plan (2 story 1 bedroom) since was told all other 1 bedroom's were ground floor with residents living in units above and having no one above me would be quieter. Though more expensive that felt like would be worth the extra cost. I was wrong. The apartments have VERY thin walls and are stacked in a way so there is constant noise

Strong pet smell after move in, asked for carpet cleaning once, still there,
master bedroom even has strong dog pee that I can sense it all night during first night, asked for carpet swap, waiting for “manager decision” while me with my girl friend literally live in living room for a week
and get a request decline email claim no dog smell inspected. Called back and office even said no dog from previous owner.
Good to know that previous owner like to pee in the master bedroom.
Disappointed place to live.
