Returned outboard to us with same issues we brought it to him to fix. He took it back reluctantly, complaining about what a pia outboards are to work on... ok, but isn’t that his business?? Finally told him to return the motor to us as is, and we paid in full, despite him becoming rude and belligerent.

Bad customer service. Bad price. Bad quality. 0 for 3.
We've been coming to them for a long time but apparently customer loyalty doesn't count for much - in the past couple years we've been charged increasingly high prices for some very basic work. On top of that, it isn't even done competently.
Case in point was a new GPS module that we had installed after rehabbing our engine and all the teak in the boat. We got the boat back, docked it, and found our boat 2 days later sunk at the dock. No storm, no fouled lines. Daffin got our boat out of the water and said he&apos
