Let me start off by saying this condo was by far my best stay. Super Clean, Nicely updated, Spacious rooms, Fully equip kitchen, Close by the stairs easy to come and go. Beach right across the street walking distance less than 2 mins. Pool was great for myself and 4 year old all kinds of water toys for kids.

We reserved one week at your Beach View location. It was one of the few to have 3 bedroom accommodations. I understand that we did sign a contract but I tried my luck and reached out bc flights were getting canceled due to the pilot shortage and I could not foresee this happening. There was not flexibility on your end to change our reservations bc… now we had to drive. When we arrive to our unit there was little water pressure and this could not be fixed bc it was the weekend and your offices were closed. The filter in the fridge was out. We have such a great time when we stay here and this year was no exception. The units are always neat and clean. There is a great assortment of pots & pans for cooking in the kitchen. The beach is about a 5 minute drive away. This year my grandson forgot something in the room & we didn't realize it was missing until we got home. I called Padre Escapes office (Emily Wilson) and she found his bag and made sure he got it back. We will stay here every time we are in Padre. Thank you, Emily!

My parents came down from Oklahoma and booked a condo on Windward Dr. The unit was not clean at all. There was sand everywhere and the floors had some kind of substance stuck on them. Broken lamps, broken chairs and there was nasty dried up food everywhere. The intention was for us to stay with them for the weekend, but the bottom bunk bed mattress is broken and the bed is hard as a rock! My parents are elderly and don't know how to contact anyone! For $350/night it is hardly worth it.

Wonderful place for a larger family! With three teenagers and two adults, we have always been cramped for space, but here we had plenty of room to spread out. The Beach Haven condo could potentially sleep 10.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. The company emailed and texted us to remind us that the final payment was going to be automatically drafted. On the day of our vacation, they sent us the door code and other necessary instructions; and on the day of checkout, they simply sent a link for us to say "all checked out".

Great location, across the street from the sandy beach. Great communication. Room was very spacious and open. Pool was nice and warm, plenty of bath towels and if you needed more, just ask. Only downfall we had is we had to give back the wrist bands (which I can understand). Our kids wanted to keep them as a keepsake. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay we are definitely going to book again very soon.

Very clean we have used them several times, and never been disappointed. Always a great experience and a nice place to go with everything provided.. it’s like being at home just at the beach .. free WiFi. Good selection of kitchen stuff for cooking. Ours had private pier to fish. Shared pool and hot tub. Will be back again next year

My wife and I take a month long trip to North Padre Island and we are going on four years with Padre Escapes. We prefer a local vacation company versus a national so that we have someone local we can call on if need be. When we first booked with them we went to their office and found the entire staff to be kind and helpful. Check in and out are extremely easy! They text you a code and you don’t have to deal with keys.
There were 9 of us—7 were teenagers—and we had a great time! The house was extremely clean. Nothing was dirty at all. There were a lot of things provided that I didn’t expect it to have, like great cooking pans, etc. Bedrooms are good size and there are closets in all of them, along with dressers in the rooms with king beds.
The full size washer and dryer were fantastic to wash towels and swim gear every day. The pool was right out our back door. It is clean and nice and all of the people swimming

We made a reservation for a month's stay at the Beach Club on North Padre but because of the uncertainty of Covid's vaccine distribution decided to cancel our much anticipated stay. Padre Escapes were very understanding, pleasant and accommodating about our cancellation. They are an excellent company to deal with. Highly impressed.

Horrible unethical sketchy company! Upon arrival we learned that our beach front unit wasn't available (this is a very reoccurring theme with the company). They offered a "nicer" one around the corner for the same price. It was multiple blocks away in a parking lot with a crappy pool. It was even listed as far less than our original one and the company was going to make us pay the same price as the beach front! I made a reservation for El Constante 203, specifically on the beach- and at 10:20 am the day we were to check in- when we were almost to SI- to tell us our condo wasn’t going to be available because of Hurricane damage. That wasn’t a problem. The problem was what they gave us for an alternative was not only… not on the beach, but they charged us more for the bigger townhouse (which was way away from the beach) than what we paid for the condo. I booked a trip to stay with Padre Escapes during their "72 hr worry free no questions asked- 100% refund back period" in July for Aug 1-7th. I needed to move my trip out two weeks, so I went on Airbnb and requested that change on my listing. I waited and waited and it was never approved. The 72 hours was quickly approaching and after numerous phone calls with no answer and mind you the mailbox is FULL and you can not leave a message, I had to cancel the trip completely. The refund amount was only $172! They have had a ZERO response rate with me regarding this and this over a 5 day period

Had a guys trip planned for 7/24-7/26 and booked a townhouse that sleeps twelve. Had half the group bail the week of check in and was given the option to reschedule to several weekends, all of which had no availability for a group our size. It's the Thought that counts right? I know we were inside our deadline, but the entire island was closed and there was a HURRICANE. Ended up going since we couldn't get a refund. House was really cool. Unfortunately, the power went out about half way through the weekend and made the miserable trip even worse. Tried to get some kind of consideration

Terrible service. They double-book their properties and don't respond to messages. I arrived on the day of our booking and had messaged and called leaving voicemails about key codes. No reply. The condo just happened to be around the corner from their offices so I went and asked them. They said that even though my reservation was confirmed with Airbnb they did not get the information and double booked. They said it was a problem with their system but blamed Airbnb. They said it has been happening a lot lately. They did not have any other property to accommodate our large group and left us

Would give it 0 starts if I could. They will double book rooms and claim that it's not their fault. We drove 3 hours and when we tried checking in they said that AirBnB doubled booked. The customer service is horrible especially the receptionist named Emily.After going on here and reading some of the reviews this is a normal for them. They had already taken the $1900 payment but said we have to reach out to AirBnB for it. Will never book with them again and will make sure I get the word out to everyone about their business tactics.

We stayed at a condo at the Nemo Cay property. We brought 2 cars and our unit advertised 2 private parking spaces in front of the unit. The numbering on one of them was so light that other people were constantly parked in it. My husband had to park in the street and we had to call the towing company ourselves to get the space freed up one night. When the tow truck showed up at least 5 other people ran out to move their cars because people park there that aren't staying there. I assume to use the pool since it was packed with people partying every night and we were unable to enjoy that amenity

We rented a property in the Puente Vista subdivision which was managed by Padre Escapes. Marketed as having a twin bed when in reality it was a twin mattress that had we wanted to use it, there wasn't a lot of floorspace for it to go.
Property itself was very dirty-couch had food stuck to it, showers had other peoples hair still in it, standing water in one of the balconies, etc.etc..
We ended up checking out a day early and when we mentioned the mattress not being a bed, the lady said she would have the manager call us and never did. Disappointed

This is our first year at the beach club condos with Padre escapes. I cannot say enough good things about the service. They answer all requests promptly and fix etc. We needed a replacement coffee pot, and got it in 10 minutes. The carpet was stained and they got it shampooed in one day (that should have been done before we moved in). A drawer broke and they sent someone within the hour. The cleaning service they use doesn't look up or down, so we had to clean the blinds and the very dusty ceiling fans. The pool here is great and they have "winter Texan happy hour" on Tuesdays

We stayed in Padre Escapes Beach View and enjoyed our stay. Nice condo, a bit of a walk to the beach so we actually drove (young kids and elderly gma.) Bring your own pillows and sheets, theirs were rock hard. Pretty decor, reasonable amenities, we were satisfied given the price point. Only one bathroom has a tub. Has a small washer & dryer which was super helpful. Dishwasher was awful. Bedrooms and house itself was a good use of space. Rugs shed like a hairy dog. Was what we needed it to be, but not anything above and beyond that.
