Got notification the FOG had billed my insurance for the initial office visit and MRI by the time I was in my car to leave. MRI results took 9 business days. I was unsure whether the Dr. had a pulse, let alone a medical degree or anything close to actual human involvement. In short, this is a billing factory with a side hustle in minimal patient care. Avoid unless you have no other choice.

The office staff was friendly and efficient. I really felt very comfortable with Dr. Copeland she explained my diagnostic results from MRI and reviewed proposed treatment plan. She was thorough and easy to understand. The injection I received provided much needed relief. I look forward to following up with her after additional diagnostic testing. I would recommend her to others without hesitation. I felt very comfortable with her and felt like she truly cared about my condition and treatment. Finding a Dr. who cares is so important to me and I felt that without reservation.

I have been using Texas Orthopedic for years. The doctors and associated staff are very professional and user friendly. My latest visits were with Dr. Mehlhoff. His surgical skills and patient interactions are quite high. He always listens to the patient and responds in an understandable way. For hand issue, I recommend him highly.

My wife and I have used FOG and Tx Orthopedic Hospital for many years. Every doctor including my recent shoulder surgeon Michael Cusick has done a superior job at every point in the process. This is the best care anyone could ask for. I anticipate needing a knee and hip replacement in coming years and will be back to see Dr. Stocks who replaced my hip 3years ago.

Dr Fukuda is the best! From the start she explained my issue and how it would be repaired. Everything was handled perfectly from my arrival for surgery to my follow up visit. The support doctor and nursing staff could not have been better. I higjly recommend Dr Fukuda and Texas Orthopedic to anyone.

I recommend Dr.Cusick without hesitation. I had a serious displaced fracture of my clavicle which required surgery. Dr. Cusick took the time to review my x-rays with me, discuss my surgery and post surgical treatment and answer all of my questions. Most importantly, my surgical procedure was a complete success. Very thankful I was referred to him.

My experience with Dr. Vennix was impressive. His staff was very thorough examining my medical history and my current problems. Dr. Vennix was patient and reassuring as he conducted the neurological testing, explaining what he was doing at every step as well as asking about my comfort. When he finished, he explained that the results would be sent to my doctor who would determine a course of action. He did give me reassurance by telling me what areas did not exhibit nerve dysfunction.
I am again thoroughly impressed by the doctors I have encountered at Fondren.

Office is efficiently run and the staff is well trained and easy to communicate with. Waiting time was minimal by today's standards. The visit followed what I would consider normal protocol. First interview with nurse/PA, followed by XRay, followed by Dr Burke, and a final nurse/PA to administer a prescribed injection. Treatment seemed reasonable for the symptoms I expressed and I felt I was given the best options. I took my husband in for shoulder surgery and was amazed with The Fondren Group. Everyone wants to feel important in a hospital and they made us feel like we were a priority. Our questions were thoroughly answered and the doctors and staff were not rushed. I was kept informed during the surgery and never had to wonder what was going on. I would recommend anyone is need of orthopedic care to visit here:

WARNING BEFORE YOU LEAVE MAKE SURE YOUR NEW CAST IS NOT THE SAME ONE THEY JUST TOOK OFF. I wore my full cast for 4 weeks and went into today and the Dr. Gharbaoui recommended a removal or old cast and new 1/2 cast instead. So I waited outside the door and was finally put on a table and the tech proceeded to put the 1/2 cast on and measure the straps I thought it was strange I was not asked what color I wanted or wrapped my arm and make a cast and it was the same color as the one I wore in. I get to work only and took it off and GROSS the smell he used the dirty smelly old cast material. At check

An excellent and professional office, and one of many all over town connected to the same ortho company, basically their mission is taking care of Barbi's feet.

Nice facility and doctor was kind. I had seen one of the doctors before he moved to this larger facility. He was really amazing and so thorough before he moved to this Fondren group.
This visit, I spent more time filling out a screener on an ipad than with the doctor. I was not given any imagining appointments and the issue still remains so I'm on the hunt for a new physician. This makes me sad because I really liked this doctor. But the real crush was when I got my bill.
Please know that you have to take a DRUG test to be seen. The two tests together equal $1010. Yes--over $1000. Please

Had a great experience here. Staff were able to work me into same day appointment because they had had a cancellation. Waited less than 20 minutes before being called back to room. Nurse took down a description of my problem and they soon sent me back for X-rays. Within 10 minutes Dr Williamson had reviewed the xrays and had diagnosis and took the time to answer my questions. Spent less than 1.5 hours for complete visit. Great experience, staff and facilities.

Wow, I was completely blindsided by the check out process today. The visit with my doctor was great all 15 minutes of it. She was knowledgeable, excellent, great bedside manners and very detailed with my injury. However, I was charged $420 for a office visit and $75 for a X-rays. I'm sorry but this is extremely ridiculous to pay this amount for a office visit and exam. Yes, I am thankful my issue is minor and I will rehab at home but come on, $420 for a 15 minute visit, is really sad. I am glad the Doctor can still be in business and charge that amount but the process to let a patient know

Went to Dr. Robin Goytia. Told me to keep taking Celebrex and come back in 10 years. I went back in 8 mo. He said "Is it your other hip now?"
I said. "Nope. The same one."
He said "I'll give you a hip replacement, if that's what you want."
Nope. I need a new doctor.
Never once manipulated my leg. I had to plead for a cortisone injection which he reluctantly ordered. No compassion, no empathy, no bed side manner. No manners.
Tried Dr. David Vanderweilde. Fantastic physician who gave us a proper diagnosis. Prescribed the RIGHT

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! Dr has no concern about pain the patient is in. NO AFTER SURGERY INSTRUCTION! Had numbness and tingling in hand after surgery, called and was told "it was nothing that I did" funny, it NEVER TINGLED BEFORE SURGERY!! Post op follow up was to sell CBD and tell me that they screwed my tendon on... I DID NOT HAVE TENDON ISSUES BEFORE SURGERY! No mention of physical therapy, no follow up AT ALL!

DO NOT waste your time with this facility!!! They have little concern for you or your time. Twice I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. McCann and walked out both times without seeing the doctor after over an hour wait both times. Last appointment was at 12:30 and at 20 minutes to 2:00 I asked the desk how much longer will it be and they informed me HE WASN'T EVEN THERE YET!!!! So why make an appointment at 12:30 if your staff knows you will not be in until after 2:00!!
If they can't even inform you that the doctor will be late imagine what type of care you will receive.

Had two knee replacements by Dr. Mathew. He is an excellent doctor. Everyone at the hospital during surgery was great. Don't understand some of the complaining on here.
I would give this place 5 stars. I was in a lot of pain with my knees. I have no pain now and I am able to go, walk, climb stairs pain free. Dr. Mathew is a wonderful doctor.

The doctors are located in the same building as the Hospital, so essentially you get an all in one experience!
The office is quite organized and you do not have to go through 50 million prompts to talk to someone- you immediately get to talk to someone that will route you to the department you need. This group gets it...we are not in the press 1, press 2 world....Or speaking your option for the automated assistance to hear something totally different.
I have been dealing with an injury for almost 10 years and continuously kept getting written off by Doctors that there was nothing they can do
