I had emergency surgery to repair a thumb that was extremely infected. Dr. Luo saw me the same day I called, and made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything every step of the way. He repaired the thumb and was very courteous with instruction and quick on a follow up appointment. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Luo is fantastic.
I’ve been to several hand surgeons in Houston and have had a couple of trigger finger surgeries but Dr. Luo has helped me avoid hopefully another surgical procedure. He’s pretty easy to get an appointment with and when I had a few questions before my last visit, he called me back quite promptly. I highly recommend him.

I have been under Dr. Luo's care since I broke my wrist. He performed my surgery. My experience with the surgery and all the care I have received pre and post surgery has been exceptional. The level of professionalism has been exemplary. Dr. Luo is very adept at explaining the injury and treatment plan in a straightforward and easily understood manner. I would highly recommend the clinic and hospital for anyone with an orthopedic need.

Dr. Luo took his time to treat my trigger finger problem. He patiently listened to me and advised me on the available treatments. He advised me to get a steroid shot to relieve the inflammation and I can have the shots twice. If the problem does not go away, I would need surgery if I decided to go that route. It has been about a week now and the pain is gone. I have a full range of motion on my finger and it does not get stuck anymore. Dr. Luo is a nice and considerate doctor. I highly recommend him if you have a problem with your arm and extremities.

Dr. Luo is a very skilled orthopedic surgeon and specializes in hand surgeries. I went to him for the treatment of my finger fracture and he did a great job in operating the fracture and post surgical follow-up care. He is very responsive and personally takes care of his patients. I highly recommend him for any future hand/elbow procedures.
