All foods can fit in a healthy balanced life. Learn the truth about foods and create a balanced eating pattern, tailored to your individual needs. The initial consultation (75-90 min.) is devoted to getting to know each other. During this time, you'll be invited to share more about your health, personal relationship with food, movement, and feelings about your body.
As a Certified Eating Disorders Dietitian, I provide nutrition therapy for eating disorders such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder and other disordered eating behaviors. Whether you are in recovery or just starting your journey, I can help. Early identification and interventions when treating eating disorders have been shown to lead to the best recovery outcomes.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a female endocrine disorder causing a hormonal imbalance. Symptoms of PCOS may include a combination of irregular periods, lack of ovulation, male-pattern facial hair (or hirsutism), male pattern baldness, acne, weight gain, sleep disturbances, and cysts on the ovaries.
Nutrition plays a vital role your overall health and wellness. Research has shown that getting the right balance of food, nutrition, and exercise can help restore physical and mental health and improve your chances of sustainable recovery. I can help support you as you explore a new relationship with your body and the food you're eating.
