Carl was awesome! Gave me great quality service on my issue and got it fixed within a matter of minutes! I’ve ran into a lot of maintenance guys and they were just trying to patch up and get out. Still having issues. Carl was the complete opposite. He made sure that everything was brand new and fixed properly, answering and questions I had. Highly recommended! Carl is the guy to get it done!

Please go with a Property Management team that will ensure that your rental property is maintained and cared for properly. My property was left in horrible condition and had damages to my refrigerator, stove and ceiling. Weeds grew out of control in the backyard...tree and bushes grew out of control in the front yard. I would never rent out a property again and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

$1500 Security deposit statement
They took our whole security deposit and an extra $500 on top of that. $250 on processing fees,
$100 on inspection fees( they inspected before we moved out so it’s just an extra bill because they want the money), home repair $542 (nothing was broken), lawn care $75 (we paid a gardener to cut when we moved out so they just want to charge us their bill), pest control $85, carpet $124( we paid but they recharging us again), cleaning services $308
IF YOU RENT HERE THEY WILL BE RELENTLESS WITH GETTING YOUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THEN SOME ,THIS IS LIKE A SCAM

After two years with renters who treated our property terribly, they moved out and I decided to sell the house with an outside realtor. Linnemann would not allow my realtor access to the house key. They stated that it would void the renters agreement and if any money was left from their deposit we would not received it. Linnemann took a whole month to fix the previous renters repairs, no money was left from the renters deposits, and my washer and dryer mysteriously disappeared from the property within a week of the final walk-though. I would give negative stars if I could. Do not rent or buy from Linnemann realty. My wife and I rented from them for 3 1/2 years and couldn't wait to move. In the time we rented from them we had raw sewage back up into every sink toilet and tub in the house twice. The first time in took around 36 hours for response from the maintenance people. The second time it took almost 72 hours after multiple online requests and voicemails. Our second summer in the house the A/C flooded due to improper maintenance prior to us even moving in. It soaked the carpet in the entry closet causing it to mold

Completely unsatisfied I stayed in a rental home for 2 years with the company the house had its fair share of damages and items left behind by previous tenants. Upon leaving we were charge an absurd amount our deposit was taken and we actually owed them an additional amount exceeding 400 dollars. They have poor communication skills in my opinion and come off very unapologetic about their actions as if justified for charging us beyond our deposit. My advice would be to record everything and keep a record of all transactions and communications they will take advantage of you don't.

Just don't do it...don't rent from this company. There are plenty of other companies in the area that offer the same services but do it better. We rented from this company and it was a headache from start to finish. Never again will I deal with them. Nice until you sign your contract and then it all goes downhill from there.

Letitia Worthington is the BEST! She was so professional and fast. She gave the most accurate information she could and really made it super easy for me to transition from California to Texas! She helped me find a place suitable for me and even though we kept running into hiccups because I couldn't make up my mind, (lol) she still hung in there with me until the VERY end! Everyone there really displayed the utmost care and consideration for my move. CHOOSE LINNEMANN!

If I could give 0 stars to this company I would.
First and foremost, I am the household manager. Apparently, even though I bring in more money, handle all the financials, speak directly to management and put in all the work orders, Linnemann will be damned if they contact me first for ANYTHING.
Before we even rented from them there were LOADS of issues. Including that we were promised move in for one home that they then decided needed major "repairs" so it was off the market. We decided to rent a home that was 200 more a month, but looked a lot nicer in the pictures. BIG MISTAKE.

We rented from Linneman from November 2016-May 2018 when the owners moved back into the house. Always prompt with maintenance. We got our whole deposit back by using their vendors (which were very nice). I didn't think with a toddler and dog on white carpet we'd get anything back. I now rent with a different company in Harker Heights and regret it.

If i could give this company a zero I would. First of all they lied and said they paid for the pool cleaning after I moved out and I spoke to the pool company and they had not been there since the month I moved out. The sad thing is they said there was no pool on the property until I paid over 425 in which they stated the owner was going to take off rent and I still have not received. They said they paid a Mr Davis cleaning when the house was spotless and the owner of the property met me there at the time of the walk through and said the property was so clean that the movers were on their way to

Things were fairly okay with this company until inspection time. First of all, you have to use their approved list of vendors for services (carpet cleaning, lawn maintenance, etc.). If you don't, you probably won't pass the inspection. They charged me for a broken dryer vent cover, which probably was already broken when I moved in. They don't communicate effectively, not even notifying me when my inspection was done so I could call utility companies and turn off service 5 days after inspection. Plus, it took over a month to receive my security deposit minus the broken dryer vent

Horrible company!!! DO NOT RENT with these people. They are horrible, they have an attitude of superiority towards their costumers. Their costumer service truly sucks. They will charge you for damages that were already there and later try to make you pay for something that you didn't do. Do yourself a favor and please stay away from this company.

I've been renting out my home through Linnemann for about 4 months now. I'm very happy with them. They had my house rented out within days of being on the market and stay on top of any maintenance issues for my tenant. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a property management company!

I was already so overwhelmed with the whole moving process and trying to find a home. The online process to complete the application was simple and the verification process was completed in a timely manner. The staff was incredibly helpful and so professional. I had the pleasure of working directly with Sandra and Letitia which both provided great customer service and such professionalism that it eased my fears and anxieties about the rental process. I am definitely happy to be renting from a company that has employees that show compassion and pride in their work and makes the customer feel comfortable
