Houston Engineering Inc. expanded in 2007 with the purchase of the land surveying firm of Buhler & Associates. Buhler & Associates had been in business in Conyers, Georgia since 1964.

Our Crew Chief must be proficient at successfully compiling all necessary field data to complete boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layouts. They must be proficient at operating robotic total stations, data collectors and GPS equipment. Must have ability to think critically and objectively with excellent deductive reasoning ability.

NOTE: 2021 requirements for Residential Site plan preparations have changed to the extent that we now refer them to a Civil Engineer.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) now allow us to provide high resolution imagery and point cloud data to our customers. This technology allows the capture of highly accurate and up-to-date information.
