Services
This park was built with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship drawing on many years of experience. We are deeply committed to the preservation of the environment, and to the protection of local nature. It has ancient oaks, some of which are over 200 years old. There are soft woods, hard woods; groups of native grasses grow here that are unusual to find growing in the same vicinity.
Roger & Doraline have a really lovely oasis along a creekside. Sites are level, clean and well-maintained. Great location close to Pedernales State Park, Blanco, Dripping Springs, Johnson City & Wimberley. Hosts are very helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely tree-lined setting with hiking trail and fire ring on creekside.
We have arranged the Park with plenty of large green spaces between each RV site. We offer overflow parking for you, or guests at many of these sites. If you are traveling with others as a group, we will work with you to group you together where you'll be surrounded by tall trees and privacy. We care about the environment and for that reason our sites are constructed of crushed granite.
If you have a dog or cat, the bond between you can be one of the most rewarding relationships in your life, and we understand that fact. Like children, your pet looks to you for everything in its life. We will count on you to make sure that they are also good campers within the park and are properly cared for at all times.

This an amazing RV Park. Disregard older reviews because they have new owners since they first opened. The community is welcoming and kind. The landscape is beautiful and it's pretty quiet. The grounds team, especially Larry and Lee, are the nicest people you'll ever meet. My family and I will be coming here whenever we're back in town.

I have lived here for 4 years. Our favorite part of this park is Larry and Lee, the property managers. They are welcoming, friendly and go completely out of their way to make us all feel like a community. I truly know our(whole community) best interest is in their hearts.
The lots are larger than other local parks, rent is completely reasonable, the park is kept clean. The laundry room is kept available and clean as are the 2 park guest bathrooms. Local residents are friendly, people go out of their way to say hello or check in.
Further more for the bad reviews; I totally disagree with them all

A great place to get away from the city and enjoy the stars. The park is dog friendly and offers 2 miles of hiking trails to explore. Located within a short drive to Austin or San Antonio, the park is perfect mixture of city and small town living. The management is very responsive and caring and live on-site. They go above and beyond normal camp hosts to ensure long term and short term rv'ers experience is welcoming and memorable.

Great park if you are passing through or just there a couple of months or less. Due to our work we at times park for as short as a couple of weeks or up to a year depending on the project. We were here for a little over a year. The long term residents in general are a nice bunch of people, and with any place you go there are a few bad apples. The only problem here is the bad apples have the Manger's ear and cause unnecessary drama with a good amount of gossip and deceit. It was so bad we watched as the management harassed and bullied a single mildly disabled woman for no real reason other then

Readers: beware of reviews that are hyper-negative; sometimes folks just "project". Cottonwood Creek is NOT Nirvana, and never claims to be. It's clean, secure, convenient, well managed, and quiet. Unfortunately, some folks carry their "issues" with them wherever they go. I've been a resident for a year, and highly recommend it. Many of the campers that have visited, say they really liked their visit.

Very clean, quite park everyone was very nice. full hook up was very nice; and the parks shower facilities were big and clean. You must take the hike around the back of the park we were able to see wildlife and several whimsical things placed on the path that would be great for a scavenger hunt.
The park was a few miles outside of dripping springs.

Good park. Many full time live-in's,but very neat and clean. Great WiFi. Expansion is starting on park. About 13 miles from Dripping Springs, TX and probably not much further to Blanco, TX in opposite directions. Sites have more space between than many of the parks where everyone is on top of each other. Room for two cars parked in front of RV, if it was needed. Owner was very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this park.

This RV park is perfect if you are looking for a quiet Hill Country park to relax and unwind. I have lived here for 3 months and have absolutely no complaints. The Managers are amazing and very attentive to any needs that the park guests may have, The park is super clean, private and situated along a rural ranch road about 9 minutes from Dripping Springs Texas. The park has a wonderful walking trail that stretches for at least 20 acres and the park is private, peaceful and very enjoyable. This park is designed for those looking for a quiet stay with access to the Hill Country. There is a clean
