I have a 2007 Toyota Camry that had a door that was a little faded in color, and was in general very dirty. First Impression Detail basically gave me back a shiny new car! Really great job. Very happy customer. I paid for the full service, and it was worth it. Nice, friendly people too.

My 2012 Kia Soul is just about to turn over 250K miles, and as a present to it, I got it fully details by First Impressions for the second time. Both times it has been amazing to see the transformation in my car. I am not the neatest person, so my car gets a bit "shaggy" after many long miles. I am AMAZED at how good it looks now! We had taken our new Bronco on a 4,000 mile camping trip out west and she looked pretty rough when we returned home. Searched for a local business to detail the car which was covered in bugs and full of sand. She looks brand new and we could not be happier with the service we received.

I took my new truck to Chris and Marie and WOW. Fantastic job. Chris goes above and beyond. He really values input from his clients. I could not recommend those too enough. In fact, I've told everyone I know to solicit First Impression. I haven't scrolled through the reviews, but (pure speculation) if there are any negative ones it is most likely because one of two things 1.) customer's expectations were too high or 2.) some people will never be happy and/or satisfied. Best detail I ever got! It would’ve been five stars had that been all that I received. But, I had a few very very small chips in the front of the hood of my Lexus LS 460 – just like everybody does… He convinced me that it could be painted and repaired and I would never no it had been touched up. Unfortunately, the paint job was horrific – including the heat lamp damaging both of my front fenders. To top it off… The paint didn’t match – as you can see in the pictures. In addition, he said they could do a leather repair to my passenger seat… Also, not good. But I’ll attach pictures

Our van we first got when we had our twins. Finally got it detailed after 4 years of three kids destroying it. We had melted crayon in a cup holder is the benchmark. It's better than when we first bought it.

My car was very dirty on the inside due to dogs. Chris made my vehicle look like it just came off the car lot. Great people! Great customer service and very friendly! Would definitely recommend this business!

I detail my own cars but I visited First Impression for paint correction to the roof of my car. Light scratches and love marks that were there when I purchased the car used. They removed the scratches I pointed out and they did a good job on those. But they missed many other light scratches on the roof that could have been easily corrected. So my first impression is this is not the place to take your car for paint correction because the attention to detail was not there.

My 2002 Honda Accord Coupe is very special to me, and I plan on keeping it for a long time. But it was in sad shape when I brought it to Chris. The paint had faded and peeled off in several places. There was a very large dent in the side between the driver side door and the left rear tire. And lots of other minor dings and scratches. But WOW! He did a great job on it, I couldn’t be happier! Wish I had taken some before pictures. Chris and Marie are great to work with. I will definitely have more work for them!
