Great experience from 4000+ miles away conducted via email and the phone. The whole process ran very smoothly especially the legal elements of the process, which we found very simple to undertake and conclude and would definitely recommend the process to anyone who is selling property on the Southern Dunes estate especially. The total time from start to finish was circa a month which was fantastic.

They deserve negative stars. We were in town from out-of-state looking at houses and this team of clown donovans single handily ruined our whole experience. First, they make it impossible to call and talk to anyone. Instead you must always leave a message. Second, the person who calls you back won't know anything about their listings. Third, they require a pre-qual letter in hand before giving you the pleasure of looking at one of their houses. Fourth, James is probably a figment of their imagination. They are so far on the other side of "service" that they wouldn't recognize

Trying to buy a house they have listed and we can't get this company to answer emails or send contracts. The offer was accepted by the seller we are just waiting on paperwork. Also we are coming from out of town and buying site unseen. This listing company won't even meet us at the residence to show the house. They stated our realtor who lives 4 hours away must come along with us and show it. It's not their job as a listing agency to arrange a showing to out of town buyers. That is a quote from this company to our real estate agent. Our next investment property in this area
