We understand the importance of allowing children to explore their surroundings, ask questions and problem solve to help each individual child grow and learn in a supportive environment. We encourage creativity and imagination by embracing learning through play and developing positive academic, social, emotional skills that will last a lifetime.

Several changes of COMFORTABLE, CONVENIENT clothing. Lightweight cotton long/short sleeve onesies, cotton pants/shorts, or sweatpants are perfect! Keep in mind, we have emergent crawlers and walkers. Pants that are too baggy or form fitting, lead to frustration. 2 crib sheets (PACK AND PLAY SIZE, FITTED), 3 drool bibs and 1 vinyl, scrubbable feeding bib.

Our son has been there since he was 12 weeks old (is now 14 months) and we love it there! Every employee knows him by name (not only in his own classroom but all of the other classroom teachers, the director/assistant director and all of the assistants). All of his teachers have been loving (even personally checking on him after doctor's appointments) and really spend the time to develop him. He has learned sign language which helps us be able to communicate better with him.
We also love all of their art projects! I still have his valentine's day project up showing how small his hands and feet

My son has been in attendance since last year and I have nothing but good things to say not only about their facility but also about their staff. The teachers, staff, and administration are wonderful. They are compassionate and caring! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for care for a child.

When selecting a day care for our son, we ran through all of the emotions any new parent would. How will we know he is being taken care of? Will he be happy? Will he be engaged and continue to learn in a positive and loving environment? We visited several day care centers in the area, and were becoming more and more apprehensive as none of the facilities we toured seemed to be the right fit for our expectations. And then we visited Mater Dei. From the moment we entered the premises we knew we had found our son’s home away from home during the work day. Katherine and Mary provided the most warm
