Our condo was very spacious! For the resort not to be "on the beach", we had a great view from our room. We also had a great view of the lake through the main entrance! Our little girl loved going to see the… alligator "George" everyday! One night my husband dropped his phone in George's territory! The resort staff worked very quick, using a net, to get his phone for us! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We booked through Airbnb and our host allowed us to check in 4 hours early, free of charge! We enjoyed all the pools!

Beautiful location with beach view and balcony. It was a great time and I do recommend reading all the room information when choosing a room because some rooms may be outdated so look at the photos before choosing. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view when coming through the front door. They have their own small lake with a big cool alligator and neat painted turtles all throughout their property:) Huge pool and the bartender was super friendly:) Our room had a huge fridge and nice kitchen to cook food and make coffee:)

Do Not Stay Here! Booking Agents lie to get your business then hang up on you when you call them after you have checked in and REFUSE to make ANY attempts to assist you or make the situation right. Your money you work hard for is work more than this. Spend it with a company and people who do not lie to you. Or who would at least want to make the situation right

Paid $3k to walk into condo #1816 that smelled like a 10 day old ashtray. My husband sat down in the only chair in the room and literally hit the floor. I had to spread a sheet out on the couch to sit down because it was so incredibly nasty. I appreciate they gave me all my money back but then I had no where for my family to stay. Worst. Experience. EVER!!!

After an 8 hour drive we get to the condo ~8 pm and learn that due to the COVID pandemic, they have removed all carts due to sanitation stuff. Okay that's fine. We carry all of our belongings in several trips back and forth to the elevator (annoying but understandable). We had already gotten an email with codes and room info earlier but when we came in our room, there was a letter on the table.

My boyfriend, his best friend and I went to LakeTown Wharf resorts this past Memorial Day weekend and boy let me tell you. I have been to PCB, FL so many times growing up and for my boyfriends first experience here.. let's just say it's one we'll never forget. This place was absolutely awful. We thought with spending over $1000 we would get good service, not even perfect, but at least good. Needless to say, this was absolutely not the case. Our stay was the absolute worst possible experience I have ever had in what use to be my childhood favorite.

#1 REASON I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN: ELEVATORS!!!!!
They need some more and AIR CONDITIONING! I waited close to 20-30 mins on elevators at some point. So slow, crowded, and hot! Getting on there after a long day at the beach packed with people and the sun glaring into the window on the elevator is borderline miserable!!!!

Probably the worse resort I've ever been to. Elevators take forever! You'll stand there waiting at least 20 to 30 mins before it'll arrive on your floor. The customer service was awful. I don't understand why you would tell someone to park at the north garage when their room is near the south garage. My friends and I had to hike a mile just to get to our rooms on the other side. There was also no phone in the room, so how in the world are we going get in touch with the front desk if we needed something. Of course, you can always go to the lobby, but that's really incovenient

This was my 3rd time staying here and it is a wonderful resort close to Walmart which make it nice to walk and grab things needed it has 5 pools so if one is busy you can just go to another one the rooms are also nice we stayed in 3 bedroom which had king bed in 1 bedroom a queen bed the other bedroom and in third room has bunk beds which sleeps 2 and pullout bed in living room which is a full size mattress. Full kitchen which had cookware,dishwasher, garbage disposal and stackable washer and dryer. It also had 2 backrooms 1 huge with stand up shower and big tub on king bedroom and the other bathroom

At least I will say, our particular unit owner at least tried. There were lots of vinyl wall cover, who knows to cover stains or just to update the look. Upon first glance, it was obvious they at least tried. But there plenty of problems. The floors were filthy, just from walking around the kid's feet were gross so a no barefoot rule was instituted. All the faucets were backwards on hot/cold, and all the stoppers were broken. There were several spots of mold/mildew on the ceiling. and the wallpaper was peeling off in the second bedroom.

No TOILET PAPER
No turn down service
No garbage bags to take your own garbage out.
No working elevators (22 stories)
No coffee filters, stirred, etc... just a maker.
It was what you'd expect renting a personal condo, in a giant hotel. You need to provide yourself everything BUT NO WHERE did it say this.
The furniture was so gross, you'd expect to see it in a frat basement next to a flip cup table. There was past guests paperwork, toys, a BOWL, and other paper

Laketown Wharf is beautiful at first glance. Our condo was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. We loved the pools, they were cold even on a hot summer day. Our complaint, like many others, are the elevators or should I say sauna. We checked in pretty quickly and had two wagons full of our luggage and small children. It took us 45 min to get to our room on the 12th floor. We had to wait for an elevator and then wait for one that would fit all of us. They were full half the time. A lot of pros and a few bad cons is why I gave this a 3 overall. I will start with the cons:
-waiting for an elevator.. unbelievably crowded and it always seemed like there wasn't enough for all the residents because almost every time you called for one, you had to wait for a second one to come
-when we first arrived in our room there was dirty underwear in the sheets of the bottom bunk bed and the second step of the ladder was broken.. we called and they quickly came to remake both bed and fix the step
-the wristbands.. they harp about having these wrist bands that leave terribly tans

Great place to stay on spring break.
We use to stay religiously at holiday inn resort and do miss it but this year decided to try and spend less on our room so we tried VRBO (similar to airbnb). We had 8 people stay together in a three bedroom 3 bath with pull out couch. It was very spacious compared to a typical hotel room.
Pretty run down, lots of damage on the inside but didn't mind. What I did mind is the RUDE front desk. Also the elevators I KID YOU NOT we would be stuck in for 20 minutes trying to get down to the bottom floor from 19. They absolutely need to fix that it's so ridiculous

We came around 4th of July to celebrate with our fam bam. I noticed the Security here that makes their rounds so that is a perk! Check the clearance before you park in the covered garage gentleman. We had that alien capsule on top of our Journey and my hubbs thought it would fit. Nope! Scrapes later after we had just bought it. Aye Karumba! My love, E for effort. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! I rented a 3 bedroom apartment for couple days. U got to pay cleaning fees of almost $200, and they got the nerve to ask u to take ur own trash out, wash dishes and put all linen together. So why do I pay the cleaning fee? Wait I haven't enemies mentioned how disgusting the carpet is and the couches. They got stains everywhere! Disgusting!!!!!!!! Beds are so hard and got cheap linen. If ur not in a rush and don't mind over paying for a dirty place stay here!! Nope I will definitely not be back!
