It is not often that I will go to a doctor I know nothing about. I was in so much pain that I didn't feel like taking the time to check Dr. Silverberg out. Boy, oh boy, Dr. Silverberg met all my expectations and more. Prior to going to Dr. Silverberg, I was unable to lift my left arm past my shoulder. After my last appointment with Dr. Silverberg, I am now able to lift my left arm well past my shoulder!! Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled with the work Dr. Silverberg did on my left upper arm and shoulder. Dr. Silverberg, you have restored my faith in doctors.

Dr Nathan Richards seemed like a good Dr, although I never got past the initial office visit. I was seen for a severely fractured ankle. The dr told me I would be in surgery within a week, but that his Surgery Scheduler was not in the office and would call me the next day. that call never came. in fact it took my wife to reach out only to be told by the scheduler that and I quote " He is not my only patient! I will let you know when I have some information." Sadly that call never came either.
In fact as of the time that I am writing this review - I have still I never gotten that elusive call.

The surgeon is a good surgeon. My issues are not with the doctor but the staff is a nightmare. Unprofessional to say the least. Scheduling, forget it, half the time you are the go between for the referral and wherever you go for scans. There is zero effective communication as they will not listen but talk over you. Incredibly difficult to work with. Though I like the doctor, my experience with the staff left me feeling uncomfortable receiving care from them going forward.

Ugh. Waited 3 months to get my appointment after he sent me for MRI & CT scans. I'm in the office and all he said was You need a shoulder replacement.. He got confused over which one, then when I asked for clarification on which shoulder, he said. Oh. Both...
I asked him about alternatives and he said nope.. Mind you Im in chronic pain.. And have been. I cant run, can't workout, can't sleep.. I am am informed patient. I did my Research and know hyaluronic acid injections can work on some people, as well as cortisone.. He negated both.. And just told me I just need time for it to sink in and to

Very disappointing. As a veteran I went to Dr. Silverberg via the VA system. I made appointment for a full shoulder replacement 2 months in advance. After I did all the labs and Covid 19 testing about 12 hours before I was to check into the hospital for the surgery he canceled with not explanation. I called multiple times to get a new date and only could leave voice mails. Days later past my surgery date I still have received no call from his office to reschedule. Zero customer service and now Im glad I didn't do the surgery with this Dr. If they can't answer the phones what if after the surgery

This doctor is probably one of my top if not THE WORST DOCTOR I have ever seen. I had read other reviews before booking my appointment & was already hesitant then because of all the negative comments but wanted to be optimistic, to my luck this was the only orthopedic in my network that I could see. Even just booking an appointment is already a headache in itself customer service is definitely not a priority in that office & it shows. Dr Silverberg doesn’t take the time to listen to you & his bedside manner is horrendous ESPECIALLY if you are a minority! You can tell a huge difference in his

So great. I went to desert orthopedics before this and got the hard press for surgery. It was really high pressure. dr. Silverberg was able to see me quick he took new x-rays and recommended a much less invasive solution.
I got a regular hard cast and didn't have to pay for the 10 extra office visits that desert orthopedics was asking me to do. It was quick fast no-nonsense get you in and get you out and get you on with your day.
I would happily recommend silver State orthopedics to anyone. I'm going to tell my primary care doc to stop referring people to desert orthopedics.

Dr. Silverberg is an awesome friendly doctor that cares very much in making you feel better! He made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. He’s the best orthopedic doctor in Vegas! I’ve been seeing him due to knee injury and he has made me feel so much better afterwards. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends to see him! His staff are very friendly and You’ll be seen right away. The Silver State Orthopedics office has Great service and customer service for all his patients!😊 God bless

I was in so much pain when I first met Dr. Silverberg it was unimaginable, he was very understanding of my situation and gave me his professional opinion of how we should proceed. During surgery he was very attentive and knowledgeable about what he was going to do. Even when I had complications, he personally made sure I was taken care of. One year later after my total hip replacement, I am back to my regular lifestyle, I am back to exercising and enjoying my family and friends. Dr. Silverberg, Thank you so much for giving me my life back. You and your staff are always so professional and accommodating
