My right knee is in so much pain and needs draining, which was supposed to be done a week before Xmas, they re scheduled it for Jan 13, I've been in so much pain up until now and didn't get to enjoy the holidays, and on top of that when I went to the clinic for my appointment the lady up front wasn't very nice to me. I kept calling and hoping to get an earlier schedule so I can work without being in pain but until now all I have is for January 13. My knee started to hardened and It's really painful. I feel like this clinic staff don't really care for their patients at all. Dr Manning is a good

I recently had a total shoulder replacement done with Dr. Manning every step prior to the surgery was explained in depth. On the day of surgery at Mt View hospital everything went according to how it was explained on my prior visit with Dr. Manning. The surgery was a total success, and I had no pain to speak of during my stay at Mt. View. Dr. Manning checked up on me and my surgery the following day. I would highly recommend Dr. Manning and all his staff giving them 5 stars for everything. If I ever need another joint replacement or anything related, I will be at the Bone and Joint Specialists

I appreciated how professional the office staff was during my visit. I had to fill out forms, as usual, for a first visit. The xray technician was very courteous and helpful, as were the nurses. Dr. Manning came in with two other people. I believe they were students, but am not sure if we were introduced. Dr. Manning was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as a patient. He explained the xrays, examined my knee, and discussed sending me for a MRI before we decide on what will happen next for my knee.

Starting with GO my experience went smoothly. The appt confirmation with Michelle was so helpful to get me scheduled. At the welcoming desk EVERYONE was attentive and my information was updated-always a good sign when everyone acknowledges there can be changes in insurance and my health history. The radiology tech was quick to ask if XRays were needed per Dr Manning's orders. Dr Manning moved from room to room and I was greeted with complete professionalism.
