I've been living here for a total of 8 months and overall 100% would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX/MANAGEMENT. The management is RUDE and uncoordinated, and makes it seem like they're doing YOU a favor for taking your service inquires. I have also been waiting for several months (4+) for the maintenance man to check my leaky toilet THAT flooded the bathroom once. Also made another inquiry to change my air filter and still have not received a response ( 5+ Months). It's quite funny however, they are quick to charge fees/fines, but are incompetent and blind to what their tenants need
