Since the management has changed it’s been very inconvenient for residents. They decided to do inspections in our homes not to mention on of the office workers he’s late when people are trying to speak to someone he’s not in sight or he’s taking smoke breaks. yet it’s stray animals outside which makes no sense in what world is that even okay?! Please enlighten me the priorities need to be in order. but on the bright side I do love the apartment.

I have written a review on this property before and they were able to fix the pest control issue. They moved us to another unit across the street and Megan and Karen were so accommodating. That being said I wish they were still here!!! The new leasing officers are TERRIBLE! The guys is always outback smoking and the lady is very rude and short! I’ve been to the office so many times and I still have no ideas hat their names are! I received a NSF charge because they change the rent policy and didn’t inform us, and the lady said she could not waive it. In this climate where people aren’t paying

Been here 1 1/2 yrs.. very quiet... outside is kept clean...pricy for the amount of square feet you receive, but i guess that's because of the area ... my only complaint is the small roaches.. no matter how clean you are... and the $25 mandatory trash valet charge... I get my kids to take the trash to the dumpster so to me the charge should be optional...

I just moved here! I love the apartment itself, but the roach infestation is horrible! They have pest control come once a week, but that’s not working! They also have us pay for pest control and the roaches were here when we moved in. I went to the office and spoke with Megan I believe, she said she would do a more aggressive treatment and spray the neighbors. However we recently found out they lied. I honestly will not be renewing my lease.

I’ve loved living here the last 2 years. Front office is nice and friendly and accommodating, maintenance folks are quick and friendly and the community is quiet. Would be 5 stars but the fitness center is definitely outdated, and the pool is closed way more often than its open it seems. Whether it’s treating it in the middle of the day during the summer for some reason or some other reason It’s definitely closed down more often than not lately which is a bummer after being all shut down for so long due to COVID In general.

Moving in was okay, and application process was easy, however the entirety of my experience there was frustrating. The parking was TERRIBLE, and they only had one handicap spot by my building. Two of us had handicap plates at the time of my move in, which was fine until the weekends come around and I had to park across the street multiple times due to no available parking. As soon as the other handicapped tenant moved out, other tenants would park in the handicap with no identification. Including the assistant manager for the complex, which was very disappointing. I've lived in 29fifty since October 2018. This was my first home in Texas and I couldn't be more happier to live here. Karen and Megan are amazing and they've went out of the way at times to help me out. Oscar is an amazing maintenance guy and if I had a problem it was usually fixed the same or next day. No hidden fees or charges and everything is up front. No pest or bug problem and apartments are nice and roomy.

Absolutely love it here! Family of 4 in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with friendly neighbors, even more friendly and helpful staff, and such a pretty property. Absolutely no issues with our apartment. Any time I've had to email management, Celeste has been so quick to respond and so helpful. She helped us sign our lease & get us moved in less than a week. The property is kept up so nicely, its quiet and has such a cute pond to walk around. I love that there are doggy bags & waste baskets all around the property. The location is awesome also! Absolutely love it!

Its been hardly 2 weeks we moved in but i have to admit, its a beautiful & well maintained community. the management is really friendly and helpful. Its a gated community and hence you feel extra safe in there. Luckily for us, our upstairs neighbors are not party freaks and they dont cause any disturbance to us. The community is very quiet n peaceful even in weekends. The pool is beautiful & well maintained. Long story short, I would totally recommend this place👍
