Lin-Mar Towing has been in the towing profession since 1958. We are a family corporation with a long history of quality service to the Northern Illinois area. I took in my Lexus after I scratched it against a pole at work. My Lexus dealership recommended them as my dealership doesn't perform body repairs. I spoke to a guy named George, and he provided amazing customer service. My insurance company had given me a quote for the damage that was about $500, but George quoted the damage at like $1,300.
Lin-Mar Motors will be the only place I am taking my vehicles from now on. I had 24' International work truck that needed the fluids changed as well as the starter replaced. I made several phone calls around to local shops but everyone was real reluctant to service a truck of that size; Hi-Tech autobody of Skokie was the worst of them all.

My mom’s car get wrecked and we came here to take her belongings out of her car. There was one person who really stood out, and that person was Ray. We were looking for help and he was eager to assist us, quick, and offered solutions that would make the process easier for us. We had a considerable amount of belongings to move with the chilly weather and an emotional mom who was sad to see the car go. Ray went out of his way to help us and made things go much smoother, so we spent less time moving things outside in the cold. Thank you again, Ray, your kindness and efforts and greatly appreciated

I needed my car towed. I called Lin- Mar and they were timely and professional. The tow driver called when he was on the way. Justin was very professional and courteous , Made sure I was safe in the truck and out of harms way even asked if i needed anything !!! what a sweetheart . The price was reasonable and cheaper than other companies. I will definitely call them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow.

Unprofessional just want to ripe off your wallet, over charge for towing twice the cost $320 to tow vs Chicago city for $170, don't ever use them, bad business partnered with Police city of Niles so that's why they over charge for services don't care only to take your money. I see you have 5 rating stars, who are you paying to give you 5 star ratings huh ? all your star rating probably is paid rating, as you can tell majority of your ratings that gave you bad reviews star following every other customer. talking about real reviews here - "$ 600 talking about ripping people off."

Definitely very understanding of taking my time to remove our personal belongings out of our truck. Especially in circumstances that are not ideal they allowed me to take my time to say goodbye to my big baby(our truck) Thank you for the patience because I went back twice.
