This Towing Service specializes in parking lots and towing cars from parking lots to their yard. They towed my car today because my form is filled out in pencil instead of ink was hung on the proper place. Or just towing service and/or homeowners association who hires them is certainly not responsive to people who would like to go on vacation or otherwise might have a rental car on the property and need to have proper forms filled out so that their car does not get towed

Great service! I got lucky tonight when I had a flat tire and called AAA. Peter from Hawks Towing called right away to see where I was and if I was safe. Although I was out of Hawk's territory Peter sent someone to help get my tire changed and I was back on the road in no time. Outstanding professional customer service on a rainy night. Use Hawk's as your go to!

My catalytic converter from my Prius was stolen and the dealer was looking to charge over $3,500. Hawks came through with the converter and an oil change for less than $1,600. They towed the car and I had a nice conversation with the tow truck driver. They treated me with respect and let me borrow a loaner car for 4 days.
When my car part was stolen my faith in humanity was a bit shaken. The great service from Hawks restored me to a much happier place. It was more than just great service. It felt like they cared about me.

Was in a panic attack as a mechanic I scheduled cancelled at the last minute. I needed to get my car to a repair shop and this towing service was awesome. They were prompt, courteous and kept me informed of their arrival. They even texted me to inform me that my car was delivered safe and sound. Derek was great. He wasted no time getting my car onto his truck and was extremely courteous too! I hate dealing with issues with my car but my panic attack subsided because this towing service delivered! Unprofessional driver. Came with a rolloff instead of a tow truck which can only winch horizontally instead of lift up. When I questioned him on how he wanted to drag my truck and told him I thought that would damage it, he said, "That's why I'll make you sign a damage waiver before I get started" He then said if I wouldn't sign it he'd leave. I let him go. DONT LET THEM NEAR YOUR VEHICLE

Simply outstanding service on a terrible weather day. Once called, they kept me posted on the arrival time and status, and once there (exactly as the arrival time was told to me), the tow driver was pleasant, energetic and professional. Even with severe cold and snow, he took care of the tow promptly and once delivered to the repair facility, I was notified and all went as expected. I will have absolutely no problem using Hawk's again when needed and certainly will recommend them to anyone needing top notch service. Job absolutely well done!!

My newish Hyundai was completely dead when I went to start this morning. Under their roadside assistance plan, they wanted to tow to dealership for a look. I agreed, and they sent Hawks. I am so glad they did. The tow truck driver called me and advised that the battery was just dead, not getting enough juice with all the computerized gadgets cars… have now, and that he really thought a tow to the dealer was not necessary. He went into some more detail and turns out he was completely correct! He could have just towed it.... but he took the initiative to go that extra mile to save me time

My truck was towed to the wrong location!!!
My Yukon needed to be towed - I gave AAA the street address as well as the name of the repair shop I wanted my truck to go to. Having used AAA before, my truck has arrived at this shop twice before (with another towing company) so I was confident it would arrive as planned. The address for the repair… shop was verified 4 different times.
Since everything was closed over the holiday weekend I knew it wouldn't be looked at until today. When I called the repair shop they said my truck wasn't there. I called AAA (who again confirmed the address of
