Got 2 vehicle loans with them. Paid one off, lost my job. Not to worry, they sold me unemployment insurance, right? Nope! They took my money, and did not honor it. They repoed my truck, and handed me a $7,500.00 bill. I'm back on my feet, and would be making the payments again.

This is the worst bank I've ever banked with. They refused to deposit a check from a fortune 500 company I had one weird purchase at Starbucks they completely blocked my account. They have been rude malice and downright unprofessional in every matter I've come to them with. I've been with them for four years and it's been a nightmare. Do not join this bank you will regret it!

Been with this credit union for about 40 years. Opened some savings accounts about 4 or 5 years ago to match any money they, my grandkids put in, I'd put in. These accounts were tied to me for managing, balancing and everything else associated with bank accounts. Went in to print to PDF, 2 of the account balances and all of sudden no access. These technical folks changed it so my grandkids could sign in but I no longer can sign in. Of course, my grandkids never sign in. They don't even know how much is in the account. I do NOT recommend getting an auto loan through iQ Credit Union. They are such a headache to deal with. When trying to resolve an issue, every person I talked to on the phone told me it wasn't "their job" to help me or provide me with certain documents or information, even though it was being requested FROM THEM by my insurance company. I had to walk through so many hoops to get the information I needed from them, when I was told they should have done it all themselves. Do not go through this credit union. Really. Save yourself the stress and frustration.

I have been a member of IQ Credit union for over 5 years now. Recently they revamped the on line banking website. Unfortunately this has been a disaster. My personal checking and savings account have been consolidated with my joint checking and savings. Old bills have been added to bill pay, and ones that need to be paid now are missing and need to be redone. This has led to too much confusion to put up with. A double mortgage payment made. A bounced payment that they reimbursed because they realized it was their neglect of due diligence to test the new system. Did they do any testing? They had

These guys are completely phony with their PNW local lumberjack campaign. They are every bit as money-grubbing as the big banks. They present themselves as your friendly local credit union but are complete robots when it comes to taking your cash.
After paying off my credit card balance I had a small balance of interest left the next month, less than $25.00. I thought I set the full amount to transfer over but it apparently didn't happen. TWO months later with no notification whatsoever, they report me late to the credit bureau. When I called to straighten things out, they refused to help

Warning iq credit union charges $30 per overdraft fee so when your hooked up with a company that takes little bits of money to invest in markets like taking $1.60 IQ credit union charges $30 per transaction this is unfair practices and there are lawyers out there who will pickup the case best warning stay away from iq credit union and when you try to leave you can't because they have your car insurance and retirement accounts I'm taking all of them out I'm fed up with them been there over 20 years and this is how they treat the elderly

They currently have the best rates on cd's and checking accounts that I have found anywhere, and I've been looking. I'm Writing about the Branch in Portland on Williams! I was not expecting this Government shut down.. nor for it to last this long! I always took pride in paying my bills on time, missing my second check has set me back! The branch has really helped me out by, waiving fees and letting me skip a payment on my auto loan! The Manager Adriana (and Customer Service rep Chris) Have been so courteous, understating and helpful to me ... I cant thank them enough! Its nice that our government still gets paid while 800,000 of us have no check ...(Sarcasm)! I recommend this bank... a bank that cares

Worst lending institution ever. We made a payment on our home equity loan but for whatever reason according to them was 4 dollar short ($659 out of 663$). This is enough for this bank to report us to credit beaurus saying "missed payment 30-59 days". We called them and they are standing by their action proudly. Very punitive institution and treated us as "small people". Fact- we did not miss a month payment in fact we were weeks early, years worth of hard work building a credit down the drain. Let hard working honest people be warned.

Physically going into this branch has never been a problem for me. However, when trying to get assistance over the phone every person I have ever talked to has been unhelpful. It seemed like I was being pushed off and they just didn't feel like doing their job and would direct me to the website to do it myself. I call because the bank knows better than me what I am asking and I don't feel like fumbling through the website. So instead of emailing me a statement. I get to look it up on a desktop go to kinkos, have it printed out, then rescanned (each with a few mind you) so I can email

Anytime I take out cash over $100 and want it in various denominations they take FOREVER to count it, recount it, write down what they gave me, and finally give me my cash... They then just lay out my cash on the counter and make me put it in an envelope.
I would just go through the ATM but they only give out money in denominations of $20s now... Lame.

I just had to reprint a debit card bc I left the old one in the ATM, waited for 15 before leaving, the teller got me thru quick but waited for a supervisor for 15 minute in the lobby and the supervisor was literally just talking to her friend while I was right there, can you do your job please... ended up going to Fourth Plain Branch and got my new card printed in 3 minutes.

I have been a member at IQ for as long as I can remember. When I went to buy a new car, I decided to get my loan through IQ. The person who helped me had all the documents on her computer so it was hard to look at everything in detail. I signed the paperwork on an electric signing pad. I asked the loan officer to send me electronic copies of the paperwork to my email. I looked through the documents she emailed and everything looked normal.

I was a Lacamas Community Credit Union (LCCU) member and iQ acquired them. Everything about iQ is worse that LCCU: credit card interest rates, customer service, bank fees, etc. iQ closed the two branches nearest my house on Saturdays. iQ personnel act friendly, but they are not genuine and they don't work with you. I'm currently searching for another institution. Please message me with recommendations.

This place is a joke. It was a great financial institution back when it was School Employees. Now they have mustaches and sasquatches to get members? Sickening. Their employees discriminate against members and they're not the most friendly bunch. Take your business elsewhere. I did many years ago and so glad I did.
