I thought it was great when I moved in last year. Then winter came. Cold air blows in everywhere. Windows, doors, at floor level. I had to put blankets and duct tape around baseboards, window sills, and balcony doors. Then, after 9 months, they are not ADA compliant, and have to redo some balcony doors, replacing sliding doors and screens, with a swing door without screens. The new swing door won’t open due to carpet, so they have to come back and put laminate down in front of it. Now it will be colder. Moving out soon. Not worth the high price.
