Bad management system, lazy maintenance guy. They did not fix few things last two months of my stay. As soon as I gave vacation notice they changed and ignored my requests. Kept work pending so that they could charge me later. They even charged me for pet related small damage even when I paid for 25$ per month pet fee every month and also paid a $300 non refundable pet deposit. Disgusting ! Horrible stay there!
Latest Update: In Nov 2021, they sent me a notice through Collection agency, but did not give any explanation when I asked the clarification.

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful and peaceful. The other residents are quiet and mind their own business. The staff is so so so accommodating of my needs and are always kind and patient with me. I love it here.
*just renewed my lease- wanted to remind everyone in the reviews that EVERYWHERE is struggling right now with staffing. the maintenance men are NOT lazy, they’re trying to service the entire complex with only a couple of people and they have still resolved all of my issues. you can clearly see the hiring signs if you do live here. i wouldn’t base my review on that during

After having searched and visited several communities to decide, I found this one, and I really like living here...! The community is really nice, it has ample parking places, it has really nice common areas, and even a special parking for trailers and big trucks. It is also very well located, close to the exit to the 69, and close to downtown Fishers, without living in the middle of the crowd.
I love the layouts of the apartments, and there are some of them that even have a fireplace! Of course, you will find a few details here an there, but it's only normal, because I understand that the community

I am so happy to finally be moving out of Lantern Woods. The main issue I have with this place is the lack of communication with leasing staff, they definitely show no real concern for many of their residents.
I should have known when they didn’t allow us to see our apartment until the day we moved in, that they were going to be a handful.
Of course there were so many things wrong: scratches/holes in the floor, multicolored cabinets, bangs in the fridge, poorly sealed tubs, old carpet, TONS of bugs— I can’t even remember what all else was wrong when we first moved in. Oh wait, and our stovetop

I recently reviewed this apartment and gave higher ratings than it deserved. I'm officially moved out and couldn't be more thankful to never have to deal with this apartment complex management again. Before moving out I requested to have an appliance fixed that had started breaking through normal use. Maintenance never fixed it, but apparently told the staff that I would be charged at move out. Nobody ever informed me of this. Two months after moving out, I got a random bill for $348. Mind you, I had to pay an extra months rent (way past when I intended to be out of the apartment) because Lantern

This place is ok but I feel like they worked with the electric company because its all electric bills and they put no insulation in the apartment i lived in a The Colonial and the furnace was always on in the winter I could feel air coming from power outlets in the apartment my parents have a house that is about 1000 sq ft more and is electric and they paid about the same bill. And have fun if someone lives above you you can hear everything and its more fun heard a kid run around all day. The woman in the office were rude expect Tina the other woman any time you ask them something they were annoyed

I don't understand why the ratings for this place are so low? I am on my second year and absolutely love my place! I have plenty of hot water and only hear my neighbors walking upstairs which is what you hear in an apartment. My neighbors are friendly and the walking park behind us is nice. My place is roomy and has plenty of storeage.
While I understand rent is high everywhere these are still priced somewhat below others in the area. I have enjoyed my stay here!

Truly the best apartment/apartment complex I have lived in. The maintenance staff is polite and on top of things. The girls at the office are WONDERFUL to work with and are very helpful if I need anything. Everyone is professional and great to work with. The apartments are beautiful and so are the grounds. I recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful apartment, quiet place to live with GREAT maintenance and staff...Truly proud to live here!!!

If you're looking to rent here - don't be fooled by their responses and requests to improve. it has been made clear this place doesn't care for its tenants and will do NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIVING in this complex... even the upper management avoids responsibility and will straight up ignore simple requests..

I had a horrible experience living here. Their communication to residents was a disaster, and I was stuck with several fees that were not properly communicated to me. They refused to give me adequate A/C even though I submitted a dozen maintenance requests, saying that getting it to 76 or 77 degrees was as good as it was going to get. The apartments are poorly made too. I don't normally leave negative reviews but these guys deserve it. Don't recommend, it's not worth it.
