I have lived at Wellington Place Apartments intermittently for 2.5 leasing years. I have lived in 3 different units during this time and have loved most of my time here. When I first moved here in 2018 it was amazing. The leasing ladies were literally the best, the maintenance guys were so friendly and on top of it and we loved living here. When moving back to Fishers in 2020, things were still pretty great. Same leasing ladies, maintenance guys were still on top of it, even with the COVID restrictions, and even with inflated prices, rent was better than most in the area. This year, is when things

We moved in May 2021, filled out the initial intake sheet for the apartment. There were several issues we included in our inspection including a non-draining sink and bathtub in the master bathroom, a non-draining sink in the spare bathroom, and a broken exhaust fan in the master bathroom. The apartment is supposed to be in the best possible condition upon move-in. A management representative even stated that "all new apartments should not have any major maintenance issues upon move-in". Randomly in July, the orders are marked as 'completed' by maintenance with no notification from management and

Tonight I went to the park in the community and unfortunately lost my phone. I had been searching and re walking my route with no luck. I had enabled find my iPhone and luckily got a call almost immediately. I want to thank the person who found my phone and took it to the on-site maintenance and I also want to thank the maintenance employee who called to tell me he had my phone. He was kind enough to hold onto my phone until I could come pick it up. Once I arrived and saw who he was I realized that he has been in my apartment to do some maintenance work. I wish I would’ve left a review back then

I called Wellington Place home from late January 2016 through September 2021, so not quite 6 years. I guess you could say I liked it there! I also worked in the multifamily/apartment industry while living at Wellington, so I had a unique opportunity to see first-hand how other communities handle things like maintenance, resident policy, renewals, and more. Overall, they did a great job!

I loved living at Wellington Place! Great staff and wonderful neighbors. I lived on both the apartment side and the townhouse side and both were great! The area is well kept and maintenance is prompt to take care of urgent needs. I would recommend this apartment community in Fishers and would totally live there again if I moved back to Indiana!

Danielle is BY FAR one of the most enthusiastic, caring, and genuine personnel this company has to offer! She was a major part of the reason we chose this location!
