We lived in a furnished apartment for a few months in between moves and Sunlake was a great experience. They were all extremely helpful in arranging our stay from long distance and especially with Covid were taking all precautions! The apartment was very well stocked and all the great walking space was great for us and our small dog! We look forward to coming back when we visit our children next summer!

The staff was amazing and always responded on time, but we had quite a few pest issues (silverfish/roaches) that even with the exterminator coming once a month did not leave. The AC unit never got below 76 degrees on hot days after multiple service calls. VERY friendly neighborhood and people. We always felt safe and welcome. We did live back near the woods, so pests were expected, but felt it was almost infested between exterminator visits. Lesley was wonderful in addressing any issues which were minimal aside from the pest problem. No traffic sounds even being so close to the highway.
