I found Cody, the inspector (and owner of the company) to be incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed with the amount of detail his inspection obtained. Cody even went as far as making suggestions as to what needed to be fixed, what should be priority, and what shouldn't. He then referred my husband and I to other specialist in the area that dealt with the specific issues at hand. He answered every question I could come up with and then some!
