Our company is led by Joseph Wrubel, owner of Wrubel Home Inspections. Joseph is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and has over 35 years of experience in Home Building, Remodeling, and Residential Inspections. Joseph loves helping people. He is the father of Jessica and Joshua. When not working for you, you can find him somewhere in the outdoors, camping, hunting, or fishing with his grandchildren.

We used Wrubel for our most recent home inspection. Dylan was our inspector, he was very professional and thorough. Any concerns we brought to his attention with the house, he was more than willing to look it over for us. Very personable and knowledgeable. If we had any questions, he answered promptly and in a professional manner. Will most definitely be using Wrubel again.

The inspection was excellent once the second professional came and double-checked the younger professional's work; he called out a termite-eaten sill plate that the younger man had missed. The younger man did point out the termite tunnels but he didn't do a prod test (where you stick a screwdriver into the wood to see if/where it's been eaten). The report was thorough but they did miss calling out the stripped paint on the deck, I realized after reading it a few times and going over all the pictures from them, myself, and the listing. However, that was so obvious that I don't really fault them

We now have a list of repairs to work on in order of critical to as needed. Best of all Wrubel is a veteran owned company and gives a discount to all veterans.

Joseph Wrubel of Wrubel Home Inspections did a great job on my home inspection. The office staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The inspection was very thorough. They encouraged me to ask questions, and provided a booklet on inspections and paper to capture room sizes during the inspection to stay busy. I'll use them moving forward.

Joe and team were outstanding with their service, responsiveness, and professional. Contacted them the beginning of the week and they had the appointment scheduled by next day, inspected and full report back in 3 days. While they were quick to respond and complete, they DID NOT rush through the inspection. The performed a very thorough job ensuring nothing was missed. Also, the team was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining the HOW and the WHY. Wrubel Home Inspection came as a recommendation from a close friend who used them in the past.
