William founded Certainty Home Inspections in 2005 with the help of his wife, Sherri. Since then, he has consistently led the industry, introducing new technology into the local market, coaching over 400 home inspection companies nationwide, and providing continuing educations classes for local realtors through GLAR and SIRA.

Was kind, on time, professional, and very clear about what he was doing. It was my first time and i felt that he would be frustrated with all my questions. He never responded any way but knowledgeable and was just a really sharp guy.
It was such a good experience, i just had another offer accepted on a house.

I was pleased with the way the transaction went and the ease of being able to get in touch with someone. My only issue is my seller didn’t have the water on and one of the circuits were switched to the off position. Certainty charged $125. To come back out to reinspect something I feel took 5 minutes

I called to get a quote...I reached William who was able to quote me a price that was higher than a quote from a competitive company. William did not not talk down about the other company; he only told of his companies benefits and what they offer. He did go over everything that his inspection entails. Once I booked Certaintys' services, Certainty is/was very thorough. I would recommend their services to anyone and I would use them again in the future if need be.

Certainty Home Inspections completed a very thorough and detailed inspection of the home we are purchasing. The man we worked with was very kind, professional, and informative. He did a great job explaining the warranties and how the website works once you receive your inspection. We received our report the same day as the inspection. When I called for an inspection the lady that answered the phone was extremely pleasant. She also was able to get me in just a couple of days later!
William with Certainty Home Inspections was really responsive and was extremely thorough and took 100's of pictures. Then explained everything in great detail so I understood everything he did.
