The average inspection is between 3 to 4 hours and can vary based on the size of the home, type, age, and overall condition. We recommend you accompany us during the home inspection to gain valuable knowledge about the home, and to have a visual reinforcement once you receive the written report. All of our reports, which include images from the inspection, are sent the same day as the inspection.
