After losing a relative and her family met Heritage Mortuary and seeing that the service was great. After the passing of my grandmother there was no doubt calling Heritage Mortuary for their services. The made it much easier to grief and not to worry about the service since The staff assisted us with everything. We held our little sister’s funeral on November 16th- and it has taken this long for me to write my thoughts about this place. This place - Heritage Mortuary- is exactly what we needed.. We were comforted by Larnique- our wonderful director…Maria was such a heartfelt touch as she ushered around with tissue.
The loss of our sister was abrupt- and is still devastating to go on day bu day, but what Heritage team (whom treated our loss as if it was their loss as well) did for us- was beyond our expectations. We were pretty scrambled

Planning a funeral is never an easy thing to do, lots of emotions, impulse buying, so many things happening at once. The staff at Heritage was amazing, with there help and guidance we were able to plan and conduct an amazing home going service. They made it easy for people to attend in person and online. We recently lost a family member. We chose Heritage Mortuary. The staff treated us with so much compassion and respect. We had never experienced kindness from a funeral home like we did at Heritage. The whole staff at Heritage Mortuary were there in out time of need. They are very compassionate and do not treat you like a bag of cash. We felt welcomed and cared for. They even took the time to write a condolence card to my family. They answered all of our questions and were very patient with us. Even when we acted a fool toward them in our grief. We appreciate you all.

They were very unorganized. Some of the staff was nice and others were rude. I was not informed of things I needed to know, I had to constantly ask. They are very under staffed and it shows. I should have asked for a refund for the live stream, everyone complained about the quality and it kept cutting off. Sound in the Mortuary was not good and they didn't play the music for my singer. He had to sing without it. They could have made better adjustments in his suit. We had to ask for changes. They didn't ask me to approve before. They should do better. Our service was beautiful in spite of everything

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They explained information in terms we could understand. They provided products that were to our liking and explained the process and procedures in terms we could easily understand. The information on costs, process and procedures were clearly explained.

Very kind & very nice and understanding during difficul times only thing that wasn't nice was a Hispanic women i believe that's what she was if I'm not mistaken she was on the phone in the front desk laughing loud during my cousins service but other than that thank you to the gentleman that drove with cousin along with the people that helped with driving his flowers & to the lady helping us with the slide you all are going to be blessed always.

During an extremely emotional time for our family, we felt lost; our loved one had passed away. To make matters worse, he died in another State (Nevada). There were no issues with his passing but having no clue of the landscape out there related to these issues, we accepted the suggestion of a Mortuary in that area. Larnique helped me with my Mom's entire service from the moment I called her when my Mom was passing in the hospital, till the very end. Although it was at 9pm she answered the phone and helped me understand what my next steps with my Mom would be. My father passed away 4 years ago and now the company responds!? The pain and grief my family experienced from this awful company was enough then. When I got the notification of a response I was disgusted. Now to come back 4 years later and tell me now it's worth it to look into!? We are back to feeling the pain of losing my dad and how we were treated by this company all over again. How dare you respond 4 years later! What are they going to do now? Larnique and her family went above and beyond for my father's very last minute funeral. She's incredibly respectful of my father's wishes, demonstrates so much sensitivities to different cultural traditions, and in general is a complete dream to work with during one of the most difficult times our family has had to endure. He also answered all of my questions to make my heart more at ease when my father passed. We went to this funeral hone and my cousin and her family were so upset from the services this company provided , she not only had to bury her son but they couldn't even get together her video she was trying to play or the audio , its sad to see my cousin have to put aside her grief to help the staff , just disappointed and un professional

We found this place close to the coroner office and needed to have service as soon as possible with the amount of family that was coming to support our loved one and with all the reassurance and help of the staff, that our service was going to be handled correctly , we worked daily on coordination and set up and photo cards and this was not what my family expected we were given wrong death date on our family members card and the set up that we worked with days prior was not set up we ended up taking the small tv off the entry way to support our video/audio , the jewelry we ordered was not on

From the moment we were calling around looking for a crematorium, Heritage Mortuary proved to be the best and most compassionate. My sisters and myself recently lost our mother and my sister lost a daughter in a hit and run. We had a very short amount of time to find a funeral home/crematorium and out of all of the ones that we called (30+), Heritage treated us and our loved ones with respect and showed us compassion. They were able to accommodate our needs down to the matching coffins for my mother and my niece. They even allowed us to host the viewing at their facility. Through out the process

This establishment is the BEST MORTUARY SERVICE is Las Vegas Nevada. I can say when my family needed them the most they were there in the last hours for our service. Willing to drive out to our service and hand deliver my Grandmother's program was beyond our expectations. I will be using them for all my mortuary needs. I prey that wont be for a long time but when the time comes they are my first call.
