Prior to the burial, families may choose from a number of services, including a funeral, visitation or graveside service.

Thank you to all the staff, especially, Jasmin for helping us through everything that we needed for my Mom’s memorial service, 9/27/21. I couldn’t think of anything that went wrong. Everyone was very professional, the funeral home was very clean and we all feel comfortable throughout our stay. They are very accommodating and easy to work with. There was no hassle with the choices we made, and they helped us with all the paperwork that we needed. Thank you Kraft Sussman for helping us through this time. We are so grateful.

My brother died unexpectedly and I'm from out of state so it was important that I would be able to arrange things quickly and maintain long-distance Communications.Kraft-Sussman was able to do this while being polite and sympathetic. They made helpful suggestions and guided me through every step of the cremation and service Arrangements. They have also remained helpful and supportive through the process of grieving and taking care of the estate. I think I can say that they have help me to maintain a higher State of Mind through a difficult and confusing time.

Kraft-Sussman were very sensitive to my individual needs and extremely professional during a most difficult time. Their care and concern went far above and beyond their duties and job description. It's never a good time to use a funeral home but something we ALL must do sooner or later. I totally recommend Kraft-Sussman for these folks GENUINELY CARE THEY HONESTLY DO. I know this first hand. I'm forever thankful for the work and care they performed on my behalf.

When my wife passed away suddenly I contacted Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services to assist me in planning the funeral service. I had nothing pre-planned and went into the business stressed out and in a fog. They took care of everything and the funeral was a beautiful service. Last month we lost our beloved mother, and as heartbreaking and distressful experience as it was, we are so grateful to have selected Kraft-Sussman for her aquamation. From our initial contact with Alexis, who has excellent customer service and his warm, caring and consoling personality helped to ease the situation. He was attentive from the beginning and responsive and followed up immediately. Post cremation, Elizabeth followed up with us several times to see how we were doing.
