Looks like a great concept,but this one needs a tune up. Two stalls, but only one working today. Long line, butakes sense. The cleaning process was hard to follow with the left side indicator sign not working. I paid 16 for the top wash and when I stopped to do a little detail after the was the whole back of the car was still covered in suds. Might skip next time.

I've used Clean Planet for a few years now and up until recently haven't had any problems. However, I notice that there's trash strewn all over the back vacuum area when I was last there; employees (or the manager) is just sitting in his car with the closed sign up; there are no paper towels in the kiosks; and the payment screens regularly do not work. However, the worst was the last few weeks when I noticed a quarter size hole with missing paint that showed up on my passenger side fender that I couldn't figure out what happened. Then it turned into a silver dollar size area

My first negative review ever was earned today not only was my vehicle not washed, missing a panel completely, the manager/part owner as he described himself told me to F off when I asked for a remedy. The dirt came off with The palm of my hand and the owner told me my car was too dirty for his car wash, range rover sport a couple years old never been off road, I didn’t even think it was that dirty. Bravo, clearly you were having a bad day.

Get ready to wait... If you can, I'd come in the middle of the night since it's 24/7 (which is a nice convenience). Any time I come during the day it's usually a 15-45 minute wait since one stall has been broken all but one time. Pricing is decent and the subscription is a great deal. Soft brush is necessary if your car is actually dirty (only available on the left stall). Touchless is good if you regularly visit or your car isn't very dirty.

12/15/21 update. The wash upgraded it's equipment. Somehow it does an even worse job of cleaning your car now?
I've given this place so many tries but what it comes down to is this is not a good car wash. Your car will not come out clean. For that reason I have to give it a 1 star.
The customer service is good. The location is good. Ease of use is good. The car wash is terrible. It doesn't matter if you do touch or brushless. Your vehicle is leaving here dirty

Just went to this car wash to try their touchless auto wash. My car wasn't clean, obviously, but I wax it religiously. I always expect to have to hand clean my wheels; it's unreasonable to expect them to come out looking good in an auto wash. The results of my wash, and the subsequent customer service interaction, will keep me from coming back to this car wash again. My car was still dusty, and streaky. When I alerted the attendant, he said "well I can wipe it down for you" with a rag in his hand. I declined his offer, for obvious reasons.

It's tough to find a good touch less car wash in Seattle. Most of them are old, worn down, and don't actually wash the car nicely.

Clean Planet has a new touch less car wash system and it's amazing. The washes here are much slower than anywhere else, but I rather trade that for the high quality wash system they have.

Staff is always friendly as well. Definitely my go-to place!

Bought the monthly package for two cars. Sadly, they decided to install a new system in the second bay. It was down for months. Now it's working but seems to be closed more than open. Always huge lines. They will need to open second bay and keep it open to retain my business. Hope Planet Car Wash is reading their reviews.

I stumbled on this carwash while waiting for a date. I managed to detail my car, and get an amazing wash all within 20 minutes. The best wash came out beautiful. They have options for brush or touchless as well. I also saw another customer get their car hand washed. This place is great!

It was 5 stars a year ago. I always get a good touch less car wash. Attendants are helpful.
However the fee for the unlimited wash has gone up $10 a month since I signed up July 2020 at $19.99 per month. No warning. And the line is always too long. I don’t have 30+ minutes to wait. Sadly I must leave.

Long wait (30 mins) on Friday afternoon. $9.90 for basic wash. Monthly unlimited memberships available. Good location. Worked good for a full sized truck.

This the only automated car wash I'll run my Mercedes through. They offer brushless car washes but I opt for the soft brush option which does a great job and is easy on paint.

Gabriel helped us out and even hand washed our car (which started out filthy) I hadn't washed it for years and he powered washed the crap off of it. It's pretty again, now and he didn't even charge us

The drive through bays were closed, but Gabriel offered to give my jeep a much needed bath. Fantastic customer service and care! Support small businesses!!!

It did absolutely nothing to the bugs on my car. But I’m giving it two stars instead of one because it cleaned the rest of the car pretty well. If you just have dust & road grime it’ll probably do a good job.

Completely disrespected by the manager on staff. Was cut by another customer and told I was in the wrong. Manager told me he wouldn't even wait in a line for the car wash, and that I didn't need to be there. Repeatedly told "you're wrong" without even checking cameras to see who was in line first. Maybe put an actual sight telling customers you prefer them to wait in line on the public road instead of through the parking lot.

I received an update from yelp and replied with this message to the owner:

"Hi Craig, this is not the first time the Clean Planet car wash machine has scratched my car and also leaving swirl marks with the brushes.If you have a coupon for the touch-less car wash, I can see if that is any better. But I'm getting frustrated and tired and angry with having to buffer my car all the time after the wash."

However, I received no reply back and no coupon for a touch-less car wash. Disappointed (again).

Just moved to Seattle and was in dire need of a car wash. Saw this place was #1 on yelp and now I know why. Met the manager Gabriel before starting my wash and he noticed a scuff on my car that I had for about 2 years that he knew how to remove in 5 minutes. Great experience altogether. Highly Recommend

I like the fact you can pick between brush and full touch less. The wash was great and the water pressure was more than other places. One thing that was lacking was the drying at the end wasn't as thorough as I would have liked.

I'm actually really bummed, I used to love this car wash. It did a fabulous job but since they have kept upgrading it's as if the machines aren't calibrated correctly. I always use soft brush, and for an almost 17 dollar wash with tax I could do a better job myself. Didn't rinse the soap off at all. I would go to blue dolphin, brown bear or honestly just wash yourself.
Workers are extremely friendly but with price and quality it's not worth it.

I am so glad I found this care wash place during my search on yelp for a touch less car washer. I did nit want use these car washers with heavy brushes that will scratch the car. This place was perfect. Very clean and great location too. The young gentleman that was working there was also a great help and he was a very nice guy. Good prices too. Open 24 hours. Day is a huge bonus.

It's ok. I got the highest-end wash $14 (apparently it's like $11 if you happen to go between 10pm and 5am) with soft brushing since my car already has swirls anyways.

The exterior car panels and windows looked pretty clean after the wash. The wheels were still pretty dirty even though the washing machine has wheel brushes. The only auto wash I've been to which gets 90% of the wheel is brown bear.

The rinse/dry was also only ok since there was visible suds left on the car and a fair amount of water. Also worse than the brown bear dryer, which isn't perfect either, but dryer
