Excellent wash & withtheir highest package, they clean the tires & wheels with a great cleaner! Dry off by soft towels & really gives a Great Shine! Best one around that I have been to for a long time! We come here from Arlington instead of any closer to us like in Marysville or north Everett. Diamond Car Wash is by Far a Better overall experience!
I have had 3 cars get damaged at Brown Bear & the General brushless wash places in Everett. Will not take our cars anywhere else unless it is for a full detail at Wayne's Detail in Marysville!

This car wash is the ideal balance of speed and quality. If you don't love the uneven, lackluster cleaning of a drive through car wash but love the speed, this is the place to go. It combines the detailed attention of a (quick) handwash by an attendant with the speed of a drive through. The hand toweling at the end is the cherry on top.

Whenever I go to Sprouts Farmers market in Mill Creek if my car is dirty I will go to this car wash. It is a bit of a pain to get to You have to make a U-turn and then enter a side yard to the car wash. But I definitely will go here when my car needs some attention. The vacuuming section after you exit the car wash is a bit small so I prefer going to the brown bear car wash

Tired of paying for the premium wash, plus gratuity only to get home and find the car looks the same. The tire rims and hub caps are just as muddy and my car still has dirt all over it. I always have to go over it with some simple green and a wet microfiber cloth for about 45 minutes after. I don't know why I bother.

Basic drive through automatic car wash. Only one tire track which is unusual. Two attendants at the beginning scrub all over fairly thoroughly. The actual machine cycle seemed shorter than other car wash I have used. At the end if the wash, an attendant does a solid job of hard drying the car. More expensive than other washes, but the value is solid.

Hey, this is a great spot for a clean car.
Not only is the cost reasonable, but they have an employee pre-washing your car before it enters the car wash, and another employee hand-drying your car when you exit! In my opinion, it's the hand-drying that sets this place apart from your standard automatic car wash.
The only suggestion for improvement is a tip jar on exit. I don't usually tip before a service is performed, so having some place to put a tip once finished would be nice. It was a busy Saturday so I didn't want to hold up the line trying to figure out how to tip ... I

This review is more for the employee with the dark curly hair working the car wash all by himself at 3pm on the first sunny Wednesday in months .
He rang up the service, scrubbed the car and sent me through the wash.
Afterwards I was surprised to see him come running over to my car to dry it. He ran back to the beginning of the cycle to get the next car through.
There was quite a line of cars waiting to go through but he was calm and multitasking and very polite and personable. I'm sure there was someone else scheduled to work soon but this kid had it handled.

Not sure why so many negative comments have been posted. I've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Obviously on nice sunny days they are more busier than non sunny days and might miss a spot, but otherwise they do an excellent job.
I take both my BMWs and they always get all the details. $18 bucks gets you the super premium wash which includes the best wash available, rims and tires washed and cleaned and whole car wiped down.
All the folks that work at this spot are always friendly and courteous. In my opinion, this is the best car wash in the Snohomish county area

My wife and I have used this car wash a couple times before. Not sure why I keep going back here because the machines really don't get the sides of our vehicles or the tires very well so we decided to upgrade this time and buy the $16 deluxe package. I think the towels that the guys were using today were dirty or just not dry enough to pick up the water cause there were streak marks all the sides of our vehicle now. Tires are still dirty as you can see in the pictures. I will not go back here ever again and it's a shame because I live 5 minutes away.

Had a very bad experience with my truck. Bought the Delux Car Wash. Sure we all know fast machine car washes don't do justice in cleaning your car perfectly.
It all comes down to service. After going through the car wash the guy in the left did a great job wiping down his side of my vehicle. But the other guyon the right side just barely touch the vehicle. Skip the hood and front side window, went directly to wipe half of the passenger side and raised his thumbs saying ok.

Got the premium wash $18.00 with tax. Little more than brown bear but this place actually pre washes by hand before going into the car wash. On the way out it got hand dried and they also hand washed the tires. At brown bear they don't even touch my car and they act like robots when you drive in. The guys drying were nice and appreciated the tip. Car looks good and wheels and tires are extra clean, didn't have to clean them myself afterwards like normal at brown bear. Would return for sure.

Just got back from a weekend camping, hence the trip to the carwash. My back tailgate was dirty and I also wanted to clean out the inside.
This is close to my house and have been here before but after this trip, I won't be back.
When I got home, I was shocked to see how dirty my tailgate still was! This means 3 people found this acceptable! It was not power sprayed or scrubbed pre wash and the dude drying it off just spread the mud around and didn't say anything!!
And you're going to charge $10 for that!? BAD BUSINESS!

This is a basic car wash. It is a waste of money to spend on anything other than the most basic wash. Regardless of the wash you purchase it takes about the same amount of time and there is little detailing or commitment to excellence at this place. I purchased the number one $17.99 which included handwashing the tires and wheels and applying a special shine. The boys took all of one minute to do all four tires and wheels. Definitely not worth the money and will never pay that again.

It's similar to a Brown Bear type wash where you stay in your vehicle while it goes through the automatic wash. The basic wash was $7.99 and after you exit the wash an attendant uses a towel to quickly dry off your vehicle . There were also vacuums for use, but I didn't notice if they were free.
The basic wash was acceptable and it's very convenient if you live in the Mill Creek area.

Went through today and paid for the $20 wash to get the tires hand washed, etc. Got home and saw that a spot on the back was completely missed; it should have been in plain sight when they dried the car and the tires. Disappointing and will never be back here.
Took another car through a few months ago that had soap left on it and even heard them talking about it while they dried it - I figured they would fix it since they noticed but when got home it was still there. Two strikes.. Won't be back here. Absolutely ridiculous.

To be honest, I only really come back because there's a cutie who works every single time I decide to get my car washed sooooo......... With that being said, this place is an alright car wash place and I only come here when I'm in the area. Prices are a little on the higher side for the super premium and premium washes, but ummm, I really couldn't tell the difference between those and the most basic wash. If you're not really in dire need of a car wash, wash your own car or go find yourself a Brown Bear car wash for a cleaner, more thorough wash.

I paid for a super premium wash and also asked for vacuum inside the SUV and I was told that they cleaned around 350 cars that day, that if I wanted my SUV vacuumed I had to wait 2hrs (I was the only one there and also another SUV behind me) because they did not have any rest on those 350 cars. I did not argue or something, I just got the super premium wash and I left the place, which I'm not planning to come back.
