I cannot understand why this business has gotten so many bad reviews. I didn’t want to write a review until I had gone there at least three times. After having my SUV, a MB GLC300, washed there four times over the past three months I must strongly disagree with many of the negative reviews and even question the legitimacy of some of them.

$15 car wash didn't even touch the dirt in the rear windshield. Either some of their sprayers are not working or it's just a really poor set up. Terrible quality, terrible value.
UPDATE: As you can see, the dirty part of the windshield (the parts the rear wiper can't get to) didn't get touched at all. I have used other touchless car washes and not had this problem. So either Clearwater's sprayer is broken, miscalibrated, or just poorly designed. It feels like the response to this review was basically "it's not a bug, it's a feature" but I would urge

Worst car wash I’ve ever had. I opted for the $15 & highest wash and when finished I still had tons of dirt on my car and twigs still stuck in places. It barely looked like it had been cleaned, I was shocked by how little was done. The layout of the car wash itself is also a nightmare and if more than one car is waiting, you will have to wait on 99 in the turning lane. Highly encourage going anywhere else.

I was getting a car washed for someone who was having Chemotherapy at the Swedish cancer Institute. The pricier carwash options was purchased. I was so embarrassed by the outcome of the car wash, the car looked dusty and unwashed. I tried to call the carwash office and e-mailed them, just to let them know how bad the service was. No response after almost 2 weeks. So here I am, if negative stars could be given, that would be the option I would have given here on yelp. Warning: do not support a place that claims to help the earth. If you have to just go get the car rewashed again the same hour.

Well that's $11 I'll never get back. Paid for the mid level wash on my dirty dirty minivan. It looks worse after going through than it did at the start. Don't waste your money.
In addition, this is the most poorly set up in/out corner. If there is more than 1 car in line, you are backed up onto 99. Drive on by and don't waste your gas circling around the block.

Went in for one of their car washes. Prices were definitely higher than most but opted for it since it was touchless. It seems one out of two of their stalls was out of commission so it was a bit of a wait.
After the wash u came outside and my car still had streaks of dirt and grime. What a waste of money sigh....

I don't know what has happened to this place. Have come here before multiple times with no issues. The last few times I've had some issues with it not finishing the car all the way and has left some soap. Before it was just a few little spots, no big deal. Today though, it missed the entire driver side of my car. Tried calling the number and no answers. Ended up having to go home and complete the rinse off but by that time it had already dried. Easy enough to get off, just a hassle.

I will never use this car wash again. I immediately called the company after I left complaining about my windows about them not being cleaned. They explained that their chemicals don't get the windows well... Well i got home and discovered my wash was worthless. I spent my own time handwashing and buffing out the dirt that the carwash baked on. If I could give zero stars I would. The company stated "they don't have the advantage of friction from a standard car wash". Well this is the product folks. Save your money and go elsewhere. Unfortunately there is no staff on site otherwise

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about but prior to the car wash, my car was filthy and when I left the car wash, it was sparkly clean!!!
My husband has been working on home re-model projects in the garage and needless to say, got my car covered in dust. Also, he had been working on smoothing our bedroom walls. Unfortunately, the utility sink in the garage is right next to my car and he got white splatters all over my car. Besides that, my daughter left sticky finger prints on the exterior of the passenger side and it looks like someone spilled soda on the drivers side of my door

Okay, I'm sure the business owner have seen some of these reviews if not, all. But honestly, let's see to it that you, our friend, make car washing great again!?! $9 bucks for a basic wash but only 1/3 side being washed is obviously not an even number. Let's wash around the perimeter of the cars shall we?

$15 does a very nice job of washing, waxing and sealing my car. Being as this is a no-touch car wash, it does not get all the dirt if it is deep. This car wash is ideal for new cars, whose clearcoat can easily be scratched by brush car washes, or worse, leave swirl marks and ruin the paint. Clearwater doesn't do that at all.
Instead of driving your car through the car wash, you drive to the middle of the bay, stop and park (with the engine running), and then the robotic arms and sprayers do the rest. It's really cool how it works. They have to be very careful about the so-called "
