Services
Edit: 11-14-10 changed my 1 star to 4 stars for excellent customer service. I recieved a personal call from the regional manager who sent someone to look at the machines and offered to replace my $4 in tokens. She was very appreciative of the information and I will DEFINITELY go again next week to vacuum and wash my minivan.

Sadly this was one of my favorite car washes. Today two vacuums weren’t working and one ate my coin so I called and was told oh sorry. Go to the chevron and they should give you a token. They didn’t. So I used the only other vacuum available but it was more money because it was attached to the shampooer and it was the same amount of time. It’s turned into a money racket with no real people that work there and no integrity towards customers.

Pretty great automated car wash; especially in an area where there not many to compete with. Love their vacuums; they have great suction. The car wash itself is pretty great but doesn't get into certain areas and does not dry as well as we would like. We leave with quite a lot of water dripping down the back window which means we attract more dirt going home. I might bring a towel with me next visit to quickly dry off before leaving. Otherwise, we like it!

On multiple occasions I have put money in the cleaning wipe dispensers and they have been empty, even though this appears to be the most well staffed automatic car wash place I have ever been to. The actual car wash doesn't seem to use enough water to fully clean the car, there is always streaking and dirt left over.. The machines do not do a good job getting the rear lift gate of our full size SUV. We have ceased to use this car wash in lieu of the Buffalo car wash on 132nd.

Went here tonight. As I pulled in my vehicle said it needed to update the software. I clicked 'install' as the wash began and had no idea it would take 5 minutes and that I'd be unable to start my vehicle during the install. People began honking at me well after my wash ended. I got out to let them know what was going on and then went back to my vehicle. A female that worked there told me not to get out of my vehicle for 'safety' reasons. I explained to her that I had to because people were honking their horns and I couldn't start my vehicle. She simply repeated what

I did not use a stop watch but, I like the coin-operated car washes. It took $4.50 for like 7 minutes to pressure wash the paint and rims and , important to my vehical, the under side of the body. Then a spotless rinse.
Automatic car washes don't get the underside.
Good and clean facility with a vending machine for the extras you may want for completely cleaning your vehicle.

For some reason, I assumed that for the $2 per five minutes, you got some "pre-programmed" cycle for when the soap was coming and when the plain water was coming and you couldn't control it. I put my quarters in. (You CAN use a credit card at this point, there are directions to do so, it looked somewhat cumbersome....) I tried to use the water, NOTHING CAME OUT! YACK! Meanwhile, the clock was ticking down. After a wasted 45 seconds, it occurred to me that you had to press a "button" to tell the water wand what you wanted, OHHHH!!!!!!!!!! At this point, i had basically
