First I met Darci over the phone, Darci is the gatekeeper. No business is successful without a good gatekeeper - Darci is not good she is Great! I'm fortunate to know her.
Next was Alan. We were trying to use their over the phone app for the meeting - ugh - no success. Alan, without missing a beat just got me on the phone, a fun and successful meeting and I was off to the pharmacy for the antibiotics I needed for my sinus infection. Alan you saved my life, well, got me on the way to feeling better - THANK YOU Alan!

I used to see another provider at On Point Medical and she ended up leaving the practice. I then was directed over to Erin Ramsey and she is HORRIBLE. I went in for an annual physical last month and all she did was lecture me on what in her opinion I should be doing with MY health. I was extremely uncomfortable and at one point I told her I did not come there to talk about those stuff and she just kept on lecturing me. The remainder of the visit she was irritated with me and I could tell she did not do the exam fully. It was extremely unprofessional and I felt great biases were placed upon me and

My PCP is spectacular - Erin Ramsay. Would refer anyone who is looking for a doctor to her.
However, my only issue with the clinic is administratively with billing. Had a situation where a billing to Medicare (Medicare B and my supplement G carrier) were denying my claim which, my understanding, is that initially coded incorrectly. After a back-and-forth with the clinic that took over 11 weeks, I was unable to file a review with Medicare due to the time from my appointment/testing and the point that I realized that I was getting nowhere with the clinic. They were not much help and provided little
