Both LASIK and PRK give excellent results. Both use an Excimer Laser to reshape your cornea. With LASIK a thin flap of corneal tissue is lifted and the laser correction placed on the underlying corneal bed and the overlying corneal flap then repositioned. With PRK the correction is placed on the surface of the cornea.

Love this place, they work with patients tirelessly and are skillful, talented and efficient. Look into a PRK, if your vision is blurry or you have astigmatism. They make the procedure easy and understandable, and a breeze. Go see Dr. Levinson!

I had PRK surgery with Dr. Levinson in January 2019. The procedure itself was quick and easy. I do not think I was ever in pain during the healing process, though, I can say I was a bit bored without being able to read. While the healing process takes quite a while, now that I am 7 weeks out, I couldn't be happier. I love that I do not have to worry about contacts or glasses. I can see very well and think I will continue to improve. Dr. Levinson and his crew are professional, helpful and answer questions and concerns with great empathy.
