Horrible leasing office. They never return the phone call or email. Recently we didn't receive any mails and found out that the mail boxes will be replaced and it takes one month. So, we won't receive any mail for one month. USPS is holding all mails. The leasing office did NOT inform such important matter to us. I can write 10 pages of complaints of the leasing office, but it's the worst one.

Hello the office told me to call to check if there's any availability ! So I am looking fir one bedroom tax credit around $1200 or $1300 ! When U call at the nobody answer the phone ! I emailed them as well ! Please let me know a way to check the availability! I know it's the first person who call but how I would know if they don't answer the phone ! well it's not easy job to deal job fir them but they can replied !

I just had to give a shout out to the maintenance crew! Anytime I have an issue with a maintenance problem Guillermo is quick to respond and resolve all problems in a friendly and professional manner. The hallways and corridors front the apartment's door are always dirty and no one wash the floor of the buildings and that is why i often see spider's webs, ants or flies .they just looks clean only in the photos of their website but not in real life ,also The ladies who work at the office are so rude, every time i stop by the office, i do not see both of them at their desk. they even answer your questions in bad attitude as if they do not want you to ask any more questions. " no smiles no warm greeting " so unprofessional and rudeness .give you a feeling of not being welcomed at all ..i will not

The location is extremely convenient... close to the freeway! I have a lovely view from the 4th floor and a large walk in closet. The maintenance people are very skilled. There are some issues... But the staff tries hard to be Helpful. However the kitchen appliances need a serious UPGRADE! The weather is great in Sam Ramon and it's very safe here.

I have lived here for 5 years and it's not perfect but no apartment is. The front office never answers which is annoying but I can live with that. I live in the 5000 building and never had any issues with crime or Loud neighbors. On the contrary, I like the people I'm surrounded by. The people upstairs can walk a little too hard sometimes but nothing intolerable. I lived in Modesto a couple apartments ago and that place had bad crime rates, so people comparing this place to Oakland is just ridiculous. Something is very funny in a negative way. The website says it has units but they say nothing is available. Looks like a phishing scam to me. They couldn't even give me the price range for the unit. Called them twice with the same results.
Looks very suspicious indeed.

Our air conditioner doesn't work and we complained about it more than 3 times, but they haven't done anything about it except they "tried" to fix it but it didn't work. It's been really hot lately and we only have fans to keep us cool, but it still blows hot air which barely helps.

The office person specially Karina Passmore is very rude and not friendly at all

1st - Office is horrible...Never around on weekends.
Then when it comes to them having to do anything- they take their time doing it.
Yet they are very quick to deposit rent checks.
Was told my deposit up on leaving would be mailed to me.
2 weeks later after several calls - I am informed it was mailed yesterday!!!
Best thing about this place - it is children friendly for the most part and the handy man is a nice guy....
Outside of that,,,stay away from the top of the hill place which takes 15 minutes in each direction to get to the freeway due to all the lights and distance.

I have lived here for a couple years now and don't have many complaints. The office staff has always been very nice and helpful. I don't like that the office closes at 5 on weekdays and is closed on weekends. I recently had a package of blueberries sent to me that was brought to the office and I got their at 5:10 on a Friday and couldn't find anybody to get it so by Monday they had rotted and made a mess. Affordable, cheaply made. Terrible staff and office hours. If you have a full time job you will jot be able to get in unless you have the day off. I have lived here for years n this place is just going more and more down hill. Worst apartment experience ever..

Pros: Very affordable for the Bay area. Beautiful neighborhood. Miles of safe trails just a block away. Modern apartments. Large kitchen. Walk in closets. Balcony. Pretty landscaping. Clean pool. Nice clubhouse. Feels safe.

Cons: No security systems or cameras anywhere on the property. Two bikes and one recreational vehicle were stolen. Can get loud on weekends. Little privacy if facing another building. Laundry rooms really take a beating. Management often seems unprofessional and manipulative.

3000 building. How would you like if your neighbors downstairs always smokes weed and you just had a new born? Cant open the window for fresh air. Sometimes at night ita noisy this place may be cheap but still ghetto. Moved to san ramon since 2009 and wouldnt never ever moved back here again.

While this property is pleasant to live in, dealing with the property management is difficult and frustrating. The onsite property manager, John, is rarely if ever helpful and makes no effort to assist tenants. When approached with a problem, his response is often that he is "too busy" to talk to you. Also, do NOT sign up for their online rental program. If an error occurs in your online transaction, you will still be charged a late fee on your rent and have to go through the trouble of getting a cashier's check even though the error was not your fault

This is a party-every-weekend apartment. I'm suffering very laud music and screaming voices of kids all after noon. They have a right to have a party, but other residents also have rights to have a quiet weekend in home.

I have to keep close all windows although it's wonderful weather outside. Otherwise I get headache due to their noise. It's still noisy with closed windows.

The management company does not seem to care about us. First of all, they usually don't pick up phone. So, I leave message. They never call me back until I keep calling them several days and keep leaving
