I would give a million stars if I could - I was referred to Jennifer when I "thought" my house was going to be included in the flood zone remapping and once I received a letter that I was in a flood zone, Jennifer was very helpful in getting the policy completed. My husband and I were referred to Jennifer Hagemeyer by a friend after we expressed extreme frustration with our current insurance agent. With our previous agent, every time our policies hit renewal, our coverage options were changed "by the computer". We had to do a tremendous amount of footwork in order to get things fixed at least twice a year for the past 5 years. Dealing with this agency is very frustrating. They don't return emails timely, and they don't communicate status of requested items. They have repeatedly dropped the ball, at least in my case.
Most recently, I've emailed three times (once on Monday to the original agent who set up the policy and twice to the general customer service email) and called once. I got somebody on the phone when I called (very annoyed) Tuesday, and I had to be very firm to get past the receptionist and get the agent to start doing what I asked.
