Chris came out to snake my toilet and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He double checked his work and made sure everything was working before he left. I was referred to KBR from 210 warranty and I was nervous because I’m always worried I’ll get ripped off. Had a terrible experience with KBR Plumbing. Do not use this company. They do not answer the phone when you call their office and do not return voicemails. We went over 2 weeks without hot water because of their incompetence.
This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company after our hot water heater died and needed to be replaced. After the claim was filed with warranty, KBR was quick to come to my home and diagnose the issue but said I would need to pay extra charges of $399 for pipe modification that would not be covered by home warranty.
