My experience was wonderful at this salon! All the stylist were very friendly and welcoming. I was told my stylist was running about 5 minutes late and offered a bottle of water. This salon is more like a, everybody that walks in is family and welcome. It's a down to earth, come as you are salon. It's clean even though the all stylist were pretty busy the time I was there. I would recommend this salon and will be going back!

A nice place! Great location in Collierville. Was greeted warmly by staff upon checking in, was offered water. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. They play soft and relaxing music and it is not too loud in the shop, which I like.
Angela Cotton did my hair, she was recommended by a friend and she did a great job. She took time to understand what I wanted and she is courteous, patient, professional, and kind. I will be returning.

I am new in Collierville, TN. And looked on line for close Hairstylist. I chose D'Llands. I got a color, trim, face wax and it was very expensive. The worst part was that she waxed my eye LIDS!!! I have never had that experience in 30 years of having my eyebrows done. I won't return. Even though I did like my hair color & trim.

Let me just start off by saying I had expectations before coming since I had a coworker that got her hair done here. My hair was already half blonde and I wanted to do the top part of my hair and go lighter which shouldn't be the most difficult thing.
The day before I got my hair done, I put coconut oil on it like I always do when I go to salons. But the hairstylist insisted on washing my hair, twice, before bleaching it. Now I didn't say anything because my coworkers hair looked nice and figured she knew what she was doing but I was completely wrong.
Honestly it just went downhill
