Services
Stalwart Management LLC operates within the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. Our company generates two streams of revenue through residential property management of single family, multifamily and medium sized apartment buildings. We also acquire properties to provide additional housing units.
Robust online presence advertisements are listed on the world's most popular rental sites such Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo, Craigslist, HotPads, and the local Heartland MLS. Intuitive market analysis we synergize in depth rental market knowledge with multiple rental pricing analytics and historical data to price your property competitively.
We charge a listing fee of $400. This fee includes traveling to the unit and taking high resolution photos, adding a lock box, for rent sign, and technology fees which involves creating your profile in our system and advertising the listing throughout the various websites we employ. Additionally once the unit is occupied we charge a flat monthly 10% commission.
You will need to complete the online application and pay the non-refundable $50 application fee. The application process requires you to consent to a criminal, credit, eviction, and rental history inquiry. Photo identification and two of the most recent consecutive pay stubs must be provided in order to verify income and identity.
I. Tenant Screening Process: The tenants provide the information for background check via our online property management software. This includes SSN verification, providing driver's license, and two concurrent pay stubs. Background screening includes a 12 month payment history on all open credit. In addition to payment history we also receive a credit score.
