We are a 100% paperless office, and all this translates to cost savings for you.
We don't deal with Landlords that refuse to repair their houses. Every Landlord we manage for agrees to provide their home at a standard of condition that we feel you deserve. You can see our "Rent-ready guidelines" here. When something breaks, we fix it pronto. If it's an emergency, we're on the case straight away, but normally we attend to Maintenance Requests within 24-48 hours after approval from your Landlord.

My wife and I have been thouroughly impressed working with MyKC Rentals.
