Services
A $20.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $300.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. There is also a $300 pet deposit. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

If I was able I would give this apartment no stars. If your looking for a roach infested, noisy/ horrible neighbors and the worst management this is the place for you. Roaches live in the walls and there is no way to get rid of them, having a neighbor that were not clean at all didn’t help the situation at all. We were on the 3rd floor, and for some reason there were fruit flys coming out of the sink. They did a great job pulling you in, just looking at the apartments they are great, but for all the things we had a problem with, management did nothing nor were they ever in the office. They told
