I like the new maintenance man here, he is doing good with upkeep, but im supper annoyed that it takes me a million trys to upload their website, in order to actually get their website. Just to simply put a request in. Calling makes no difference. They never answer its always some other people with the company, who say they will pass on the message and never do. I had the wood railing fall and almost hit my son. I tried calling and trying to request service and can't get any help. I'm pist and have yet to get a resolution. The maintenance man can only handle so much when everything is basically

An over all review is that we just got good maintenance, men here and they are doing a very good job with the up keep of the apartments.
We do have a laundry room here but in need of new machines. The laundry room is also kept up nice and clean.
Office staff is nice, they help you where they can, this company keeps up with spraying for bug every month free of charge.

This place in the summer never opens the pool and the pool is never clean. This place never fixed anything.I have 3 kids that really wanted to go swimming,so we went down to ask if the pool was going to be opens and my kids said that the lady was mad because they asked if they could go swimming and she yelled at them.loud people next door .The laundry mat is never clean or working Rude staff.When I first moved in there where ciggeret buts all over the appartment.Trash all over the property. Vandalism on the property.When we are trying to sleep loud trains.Trashy people next door. Property always

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! As a current resident I can assure you that you do not want to live here. The management is unprofessional and unhelpful. They rarely answer the office phone. They do not respond quickly to work orders, I currently have 2 issues in my unit that I have waited over 2 weeks on. When my A/C unit when out @ 5:30 pm one day, they refused to fix it the same day because they closed in 30 minutes ( it was in the middle of the summer mind you) and finally, they recently misplaced a bunch of tenets rent checks and instead of handling it internally and responsibly ( they have receipts

I live here n can't wait to find another place the office is hardly open the maintenance manager is very rude and they seem to turn off the water as they please they cannot fix anything that needs to be fixed it takes them months to fix it. Also this is the third time they turned off the water either I'm washing dishes or taking a shower without no warning. very un organized I call them almost every day they don't seem to want to answer my phone calls if they're in the office very upsetting.
