Me and husband been here since 2018 , we love it here the Property Manager Francis is sweet she listens to your concerns and the maintenance men Martin does great work when needed something, I’m happy here it’s close to everywhere I need to go. The environment is quite and peaceful I would definitely recommend people to apply here whenever they need a place to rent. I’m happy to be living here!

What can I say that the tenants of this apartment don’t already know. This was my first apartment in about 10 years and this place was amazing. The staff and the overall environment was something that I enjoyed. Didn’t have to worry about anything crazy or broken. It may not look spacious, but it really is. Thank y’all so much for the experience and a place to call home.

The manager is very nice and so is maintenance, work orders are usually taken care of within 24 hours. My issue has been to continuously listen to loud music that direct upstairs neighbors play any time of the day and any time of the night without being considerate. It's very annoying to get home after working long hours and listen to your neighbors play loud music, preventing you to sleep or even enjoy TV. The music gets so loud sometimes, that it even wakes you up at 3 AM in the middle of the night ughhh.....

Management and maintenance are awesome, although they have a serious bug problem. Can’t open the door without having mosquitos and flies come in to your apartment. Building is old so they have a lot of issues, although maintenance is great and very attentive, you get tired of having to constantly ask for things fixed

Cockroach infested place. Lived here for about a year because finding an apt in odessa is complicated and expensive. Well, I can't stand to sleep at night because there are so many bugs. Sometimes they will say they will do routine extermination or bug sprays, but they typically never come. When they do come, it's not enough. A tiny spray doesn't do anything.
