I've lived here for three years, so far. The management staff, as well as the maintenance team, are the Greatest people you would ever want to know. They are very personable, friendly, caring, and definitely very professional and yet, truly sincere about making sure that your requests are handled promptly and to the best of their abilities. If you have a problem with your apartment, (i.e.) fix it probs, or whatever, the team is there by the next day, if not the same day, depending upon urgency. They can fix anything. That's how good they are. Tiffany, Arturo and Valedia are the Best Managers and

Absolutely stellar experience! The ladies in the front Ashley and Cassandra are super professional and know what they are doing. Everything was explained to us crystal clear! These ladies deserve recognition! If your looking for a place consider Woodview super clean apartments and great amenities! They keep their word and definitely go above and beyond!

IS NOT SMOKE FREE. ANYONE AND EVERYONE SMOKES. When we first moved in 2.5 yrs ago everything and everyone where great. Apartment is nice size for the money also. Maintenance does a somewhat good job. Now, it doesn't matter what people do as long as they pay the high priced rent. Allowing people to live with others that are not on the lease. You ask for an issue to be fixed. They are nice and tell you it will be handled and it never does. Allows cars and trucks to set parked for mouths not being used. But to just take up spots of tenants that actually have jobs and would like to park near their

I favored the fact that this was walking distance to near by restaurants, school and the mall, however the apartment itself, like any other in Odessa is overpriced and mediocre. I remembered during a hot summer our AC broke, we waited two weeks for them to fix it and I nearly passed out from the heat. After this my mother’s patience deteriorated and she called once again angrily and suddenly the people at the front desk stopped answering her, when I tried on my phone though, they answered. I think you can guess management wasn’t the best fairly correct here.

I been here a year and half never had i had trouble with the maintenance people or the office staff. Its peaceful and quiet here and me and my family love it. If their was something that had to be done they would do it right then and their. The office staff is great and friendly people, I would suggest this apartments to anyone because it is cozy like a home.

I have lived here since November 2014. From day one, the staff have been very accommodating and have made every effort to make me feel right at home. The minor maintenance requests that I have had to submit have been resolved promptly. Plus, the location is great! Shopping, dining and entertainment are within short walking distance. If you are looking for affordable housing, a great location and friendly atmosphere, this is the right community!
